We are at the north end of Bullhead City Arizona, from our house you can see Arizona , Nevada and California. We're 1 mile from the Colorado River, 7 miles from the launch ramp at Lake Mohave and 1 mile from the Casinos in Laughlin Nevada. Grocery and other services are also very close by. We have some really great Arizona sunsets and we welcome you to take a beverage out on our upper lot and enjoy the sunset during your stay weather pending we may have fire going in the fire pit. Our spot for your RV is large & flat and easy to back in. We do offer power hook up for a small fee, dump out station and a complimentary water fill up. Suggested Local Attractions: Did I mention the River, Lake and, Casinos ??

House Rules
No loud music, if we can hear it in the house it's too loud. If you don't use shore power you can run your Generators for short times to recharge your batteries during day time hours only. We prefer non smokers and not really a kid friendly yard but will consider.

Very easy back in spot for RV's, trailers, etc. Can accommodate up to 50ft with plenty of room for your tow vehicle if applicable.

Camped in the upper lot in our teardrop behind the hosts home/back wall. Level, beautiful sunset, perfect for solar solar. This upper lot isn’t for larger rigs. Such sweet hosts who greeted us with a goodie bag. Don’t miss a trip to Oatman, what a blast. Also spent a great day on the water at Big Bend Colorado River State Park. so much to do around here!!

Terrific Hosts. They came with a welcome bag. The site was level and offered 30 amp, water and sewer. I gave 4 stars for access only because we needed to remove our toad to access. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We stayed at Sunset Hill mid April 2024 in a 29 ft fifth wheel. Toni and Jim are wonderful hosts. Toni presented us with a treat bag upon arrival, a kind gesture. Location is great for exploring the area. Appreciated the hook ups. Pat and Brian

Great stay, really appreciated Jim meeting us by the road, and showing us where to park. Having electric, water fill and sewer dump was a plus! Ronni was so sweet and left us a welcome gift. Great stay, would definitely stay again if in the area!
