Pets okay, would like to know in advance. Prefer non-smokers, generators not required as we have electric (50/30) available, also please use jack pads. Cell service is not always very reliable in this area.
On property near rig.
The host was very accommodating.
We were warmly greeted when we arrived and shown where to park -a nice, level place with 30 amp hookup. We and our dogs enjoyed the trail behind the house and the beautiful area.
Lovely and peaceful place!
Thank you very much Patty and Steve!
This was a beautiful location and close to great attractions such as Smith Rock and the Painted Hills. Very nice spot for our 35' 5th wheel. Hosts were very friendly.
When we arrived for our 2 night stay the owners were not home however, the owner had the electrical cord ready, a sign clearly indicating where we should park and a envelope with a assortment of local information which was valuable and interesting to read. Visitors can walk from the property to the woods. We will likely return.
Where do I start? The fabulous property with so many trails for the dogs? Being out in the country and yet close to town? The wonderful and welcoming hosts? I could not have been more comfortable and safe then this. They even offered me to stay longer. I also received a wealth of area information which was very helpful. And not to forget their wonderful sweet labs !
Our stay here was graced with groups of deer grazing through the high desert brush and intensely colorful sunsets. Our hosts were SO kind and thoughtful and even provided us with literature about the area and a spacious spot to park. Couldn’t be a more idyllic setting. Thank you!!!
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel like an old friend! These two folks couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating.
My bedroom window overlooked a beautiful landscape that was open and free for off leash explorations. My dog Ginger loved the freedom she got to chase squirrels and flush out birds, a rare treat when you spend most of your time in RV parks or campgrounds.
The only issue I had was my ATT phone reception, but these folks went out of their way to make sure I was able to make the calls I needed to arrange for medications in local pharmacy.
I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Sisters area, that you spend some time here!
What a wonderful way to meet people with like minds and open hearts!
