Lewiston is a quaint, historical village as far west in Western NY, as it gets.
We are located at the Niagara River between Niagara Falls, NY and Youngstown, NY.
There are numerous parks and state parks to visit and numerous activities to participate in, finding something for everyones taste and preference.
Canada (Ontario) is on the other side of the river and when the borders are open again (presently open for the fully vaccinated with fresh Covid test) you have a vast expansion of options on both sides of the international border.
No loud music, no excessive drinking and shouting.
Keep your dog on a leash please - until tested compatible with our two puppies.
No open fires.
No running the generator after 10:00 PM.
Just the standard rules of neighborly courtesy.
This is a private home with a straight drive way and a concrete parking patch next to the house.
You will have to reverse in (crossing a neighborhood road) and have to be a skilled reverser because it is not on a straight line. The final parking spot next to the house is tight (10' width max). If you are good in reversing it is not a problem (I reverse my pontoon boat in at the same spot all the time).
If the weather is very wet it may be a problem because you have to traverse a grassy slope, which tends to get muddy and requires some ground clearance.
The smaller your trailer, the easier is the getting in. 5th wheels do certainly not fit.
There is a standard household 110 V outlet (15 A), which does not provide enough amps to run your air conditioner.
There is also a water connection right there.
The spot is not useful for extended vacations (we are in the center of the village) but good for one or two nights.
Either on a grassy area next to the driveway or on a public parking lot (no charge) in walking distance.
There is a lot of touristic attractions around here. Too many to list.
Please search the internet for "Niagara Falls" (NY and Canada), "Niagara on the Lake" (CA), "Lewiston" (NY), and Buffalo, NY. If you want to venture a little farther you may want to inclide Toronto in your search.

Wieland was beyond accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. He gave us wonderful suggestions on what to see and do while staying here. He engaged us in interesting conversation and was purely hospitable. We are very thankful for our time spent here and the friend we have gained. Everything was absolutely perfect.
What a wonderfully quiet spot with amazing hosts and a great village within walking distance of shops and eateries. Thank you for hosting
We can’t thank you enough for your hospitality above and beyond what the norms are. We enjoyed meeting all of your family and exchanging laughs on the porch. Take care while enjoying the open road.
