We are located close to town (1 mile walk) but you feel secluded. Our property is a pasture with mountains in the backdrop. It's great to wake up to such amazing views or stay up late to star gaze. You can walk or drive to town for dining, shopping, etc. We are located 10 minutes from the Chattooga River, where whitewater rafting is a must. There is also tons of hiking, waterfalls, lakes, and mountain views all around this area. We live in a tiny house on the property and you will be parking in our driveway. We also convert vans into campervans so may be working on one of our projects while you are here. We currently do most of our building on another site. Suggested Local Attractions: Tallulah Gorge State Park, Black Rock State Park, Moccasin Creek State Park, Lake Burton, Lake Rabun, LOTS of waterfalls, Chattooga River rafting with Southeastern Expeditions Suggested Local Food & Drink: Currahee Brewing Company, Moonrise Distillery, Universal Joint, Fortify, Fortify Pi, Manriques Mexican Restaurant, Fromage & Other Fine Foods, Sunday Diner

Super quiet, super nice folks. there is a firepit and the view!! perfect place to work, run the pup and just enjoy the songbirds. It is a narrow road in/out of this location and a steep pull in. But the stay is totally worth it! Hillary and family, thank you again for your hospitality!

This was such a great experience. Beautiful location, hassle-free parking, clear communication, and the hosts just seem like good people. I met Hillary when I came in and she was friendly and helpful and offered plenty of good recommendations for my stay. I mostly just needed to do a bunch of work and wish I could have explored the area more -- there is a ton of hiking that looks amazing, and the small town of Clayton is cute as heck and seems like a vibrant community. But even though I was stuck at my computer, the lovely views across the pasture, and the birdsong all around every morning, helped me to get my stuff done. Thanks Hillary and Andrew!
