We are a small Hobby farm located on the Swan River in Bovey mn. We have several docks/decks on the river and lots of mowed trails. If you want to camp down on Matthew's Point, you will need to know how to back your rig, as it is a narrow paved road out there with no turn around and no water or electric. If your not good at backing up your more than welcome to stay at our Farm in front of our old Dairy barn overlooking the river.

Access Road Conditions: if you want to camp on the river, you need to know how to back up, the road is very narrow, otherwise you can park in front of the big old barn, Lots of room. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: depending on where you want to park your RV there is lots of room.

this was out first host experience and what a perfecr one. lisa was very accommodating,and gracious. we parked by the water. so private and serene. perfect spot to reconnect with oneself and nature. we walked along the clean kept trails. such a magical place.

We really loved our stay at Matthew’s Point. We actually parked up by the barn because we thought the kids would have more fun running around up there. Lisa and Duane were extremely nice and fun to talk to. We ended up staying almost until lunch on the morning we left because we were visiting with them. I also learned while there that horses can go to the chiropractor. Who knew! Would definitely stay again.

We stopped there for a quick overnight but couldn’t leave! Their little farm was beautiful and super inviting. Their horses were friendly and our kids were in heaven. They even helped us go fishing at nearby Mathew’s Point. She has a small shop at Mathew’s point that’s really worth your time. We’d love to go back and stay longer!

This was our first guest experience, and it could not have gone better. The surroundings of our stay were perfect! The surprise for us came with a glimpse of an eagle flying by over the water right before we left! If you’re in the area,… don’t miss this one!
