We have water available to fill tanks from the driveway area. You would need a long hose
WiFi available close to the house. Ask for password.
We ask donation only for water fill ups and WiFi use.
If you use electric, especially for heat or AC we ask for $5
We have one 30 amp plug for electric, however if it has rained that area is not always accessible. A long extension cord could be useful.
We have 3 outside cats and a large dog. He runs loose on the property. So we do not encourage pets. We have a large 8x10 kennel available, that can be moved to where you set up if you have the muscle to move it, so special arrangements can possibly be made in advance.
We have a large open flat area with large trees to park near for shade. No tables or fire rings yet.
We have a cedar glade we hope to open some spots in when we can.
We are within 20 minutes of the Spring River at Hardy AR.
Quiet hours 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.
Please minimize generator use if you are close to others.
Please do not feed or give scraps to the dogs and cats.
There is a large trash container for bagged trash.
Aluminum cans separate please.
Property is flat.
If rainy it can get muddy and full of puddles.
There are no set spaces.
Our 40' rig had no trouble coming in and out the drive or County road.
Trees might hang low for very tall vehicles.
We don't offer a longer booking time because the ground can get to soft for rigs during rainy weather etc.
And we don't want to have to cancel someone's requested times.

This was a first BDW visit for both the host and me. She was very pleasant and helpful. The site was a nice big level field, well kept, and clean.
The 1/2 mile of gravel road was a bit narrow and rough, but by taking it slow i had no problem. I would advise making as wide a turn as possible into the drive to avoid branches.
I would rate this experience and A+ and look forward to more BDW adventures.
