Rural area, quiet. We are 45 miles from Destin and Fort Walton Beach, Florida. We live on the outskirts of a small community, Laurel Hill, Florida 32567 (Near the Alabama line). Dollar General, Tom Thumb, and Laurel Hill Grill (open part time) are the only businesses located within 3 miles. We travel to Florala, Al (9 miles) or Crestview, Fl (20 miles) to make major purchases.

Do not use Millside Rd (dirt).

A Wonderful Stay

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We’ve shared meals and have had some nice conversations. There is some private land in the family down the road that offers some nice walks in the woods. A great place all around and close enough to Crestview where you can find stores, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended.
