House Rules

Please park where we designate - this prevents us from being blocked in if we have to leave. I will email you instructions prior to your arrival. You will also need to text or call just before your arrival so I can meet you at the entrance of driveway. We do not have a dump station. But there is a location on I-80 both East and West bound that have free RV dump stations - Email me for dumping locations or go to OH turnpike website for details. Alcohol - only in moderation. No recreational drugs allowed - no vape pens eat. No exceptions. Music- softly played is fine. Generators off at 11pm.- For courtesy of our neighbors. Quiet time after 10pm - For courtesy of our neighbors. Keep your area clean. Do not put cigarettes or cigars out on the driveway. We do have trash/recycling cans for use during your stay. We Love Kids! However, for liability reasons we ask that they be well supervised. We have some yard games we can offer your children to play. Sidewalk chalk is always welcomed! We love pets! Let me know if you will have them with you. If you have pets, yes please pick up after them. Yes, they can play in our yard- but its not fenced in so we strongly suggest you have them leashed. We have 3 dogs who are never outside without me. They love having visitors and usually want to welcome everyone, however, if you are nervous around dogs or for any reason do not want to meet our dogs... just say so. If you need something... just ask.

We live by the 3 G rules. Good Food, Good Friends, Good Humor. Details: We like the simple things in life: Cookouts, family, friends and good story telling around the campfire. While our lives seem busy even overwhelming at times, we believe in finding ways to visit new places and enjoy the outdoors. New to the RVing world, we are excited to start traveling the US, meet new people and share stories. Home Town: We live in STOW OH. WE LOVE how close we are to many of the State and Metro Parks including the Cuyahoga River and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. There are also many little town historical districts that offers guided tours and small town shops. There are also several bike and hike trails that you could spend days exploring.

They have a beautiful place, quiet and secluded but easy access to the highway. They could not have been more accommodating (I use canes/wheelchair depending on the situation). They went above and beyond helping me and pampering me in many ways. They have three fun dogs so that also welcomed me and bid me goodbye the next morning. I feel I’ve made a new friend and look forward to returning and also hosting them at our home soon.

Hudson House is the perfect location to experience Cuyahoga National Park. It is right off the toll road and 271 N. The Hudson House hosts were so accommodating and helpful making sure we had everything we needed. All we had to do was park, and we were level! Hudson house is in an easy location to many things. The town of Hudson is delightful with many yummy restaurants. Thank you so much Hudson House, we would love to return!
