Have you stayed at this host location?
Leave a reference for this hostWe are very close to I-90/39 with super easy access north or south-bound onto the expressway. About 2 miles south of the Illinois / Wisconsin state line.
2 major travel stops within 2 miles of the house. Camping World and privately owned Finnagan's RV within 2 miles.
This is not the quietest place you will ever stay due to the rather busy road we live on, but you won't beat the interstate access.
No smoking.
Generator use will be subject to it's volume. Inverter generators only please.
Road in front is 55 mph (and people go faster too often). Be extra careful with small children and pets.
Easy access. Flat paved driveway with plenty of room to maneuver. House is on a paved flat road. Speed limit is 55, so cars can come up quickly.
Turn around in yard is very possible with most rigs, but not guaranteed. Might have to back out onto road when leaving.
In driveway by rig.
We should be ok with any Class A, B, or C motorhome. I'm not sure about the longer trailers. Need some experience to determine that.
We have a busy family life and can be gone or booked almost any time. Give us a try and we may be available on short notice.
Between Rockford, IL and Beloit, WI.
Many things in the area. Restaurants galore, theaters, walking and bike trails, lots of retail near by.
A wonderful and welcome stay. The landscaping of the property was nothing less than magical. It was also conveniently just a short hop away to a Camping World facility where we were able to take care of our water and sani-dump needs just prior to hopping back onto the highway. The hosts were an absolute pleasure to spend a short evening with. Looking forward to dropping by again someday when we are traveling through again.
Thanks for our beautiful setting for the evening, your location was so perfect for traveling through the area. Great outdoor things to do and see, availability to camping stores, restrauants and close to the highway. Enjoyed our travel conservations with you! Definitely stop by again when passing through, it was a pleasure.
