We are on 2 acres in an older subdivision that was considered, "in the country" back in the 70's Montgomery County is now the fastest growing Co per capita for the past 3 years in the USA so things are changing pretty fast. We however are still pretty private and at the end of a dead end street. The RV spot is beside the shop with full hook ups if needed. For those who may be traveling in a group, we can consider additional RV's but they would not have full hook up etc. Added units may be able to have 15 amp power and access to water etc but not full hook up. Additional parking is not an issue. We do have a small 80 acre lake that you could sit in the park and enjoy the view but access is for residents only. We are 5 minutes from the very popular big lake, Lake Conroe.
We are easy going and Boondockers ourselves. Adults know what is expected. Be reasonably quiet, especially at night. Pick up after yourself. Leave it like you found it. We have a sizeable covered deck with grills, fire ring furniture, TV and WIFI etc. You are welcome to use it but will need to bring your own firewood.
The small paved road as you enter the subdivision is a bit narrow but more than adequate. There are no sharp curves or low hanging branches. Turning around should not be an issue
We are situated on the end of a sizeable road as well as nearly 2 acres of land so there is plenty of tow vehicle parking both on pavement or on the yard
If it is not blocked out, it is available
Lake Conroe. It is also highly probable that you will see the deer that roam through the property.
