We’re in a quiet residential neighbourhood approximately 15 minutes North of the downtown core, a couple blocks from the river. There are good amenities 2 blocks away within walking distance, and the multi-use cycling/walking path goes right past our house. There are also many trails, lakes and amenities to explore while in town or passing through. The area has been know for its recreation, including many little lakes that are perfect for fishing.
The front yard is spacious and has a grassy area that’s perfect for setting up a couple chairs and enjoying the sunsets in the evening.
No smoking of any kind on property.
I can provide a hose to fill your water tank but it’s not under pressure.
Please be respectful of those living here and our neighbours, and keep noise quiet between 10pm - 7am.
No pets, unless by prior express approval. Special circumstances will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Wifi available on front porch as the signal doesn’t reach past there. Prefer it be used for essential use only.
Good flat road access, and driveway is perpendicular to road. Drives is flat, straight and long, up to house. Must Back Down the driveway as there’s no room to turn around. Watch out for power pole and mail box when backing up.
Tow vehicle can either be left hooked up or parked at the end of the driveway (still on property). Driveway is long and flat. Parking will be in front of house next to my trailer.
If have a small camper van, then can accommodate further from the house while still off the road.
