We live on ~2.25 acres that are quiet and relatively private with a small creek along one side on a quiet dead end street. We see deer almost every day, and/or hear Broad-winged Hawk and owls regularly. Parking will be on an old gravel driveway.
Willing to consider pets on a case by case basis. Cats that stay inside are ok. As for outdoor cats and dogs we don't want to take any chances with your dog and we will have to do a controlled meet and greet with our dogs. We have 2 dogs, one of them is a rescue and isn't fond of most other dogs at 1st. She usually relaxes after a little bit of monitoring as long as there is no food involved. As for our Border Collie please don't throw whatever he brings you, he'll chase it all day and doesn't know when to stop. He becomes a nuisance by putting it and/or being under foot. We may have to do alternating times outside for our dogs and your dogs. I can put up a temp fence if needed to keep dogs apart and/or out of your space.
There are a half dozen places near by to dump tanks. The 2 that I've been to but never dumped at are Love's truck stop at 340 Longs Pond Rd, Lexington, SC 29073, 11 miles away. Barnyard campground I think it's $10, 5 miles away. I stayed at Barnyard for most of March 2020 while closing on our house. My Wifi isn't very good and doesn't reach very far out in to my yard. Same day requests are Ok, please understand that I'm not online all the time and may not be able to approve your request immediately.
Would love help and/or suggestions on how to make this site and listing better.

Paved 2 lane road narrows to a gravel road, driveway entrance is narrow and may be difficult to enter and exit with a large trailer or RV, I highly recommend having a ground guide. I'm working to widening my driveway entrance. The largest trailer I've gotten in and out of my driveway is 35'.
Near your rig
Within a few miles there is Walmart, Starbucks, grocery stores, restaurants, Fast food, Lowe's, other shopping, multiple gas stations with diesel. I'm a bit new to the area so I'm not really that up to speed yet on what is around. Lake Murray is 3.5 miles away, public boat launch ~6 miles away. The Congaree National Park Harry Hampton Visitor Center is 31 miles away.
We arrived for an over night stay.
The host welcomed us and was helpfull setting up and with an advise about Congaree NP, near by.
99mrpc is a great host. He offered to help us with a repair that we we working on which was great. It was very quiet and overall a great place to rest up.
Good location to explore the area. Host was very nice. Wish we had more time to spend visiting but during the work week it was not possible. Thanks again for a great stay.
Our host was helpful and the camp area was level and clean. Would love to stay there again when we are in the area.
We were unable to visit much due to covid but our host greeted us on arrival and made sure we were set up and comfortable. The location was quiet and relaxing.
Very quiet and off the grid even though everything you needed was just up the street. Great hosts and we had no trouble getting in and out even though it rained the night before we left. We would stay again if we were back in the area.
This was a quiet, safe and friendly home centrally located for our needs. We loved playing catch with their dog’s. Our host greeted us and made us feel welcomed, offering electric, water and garbage disposal if needed. We loved sitting outside taking in the fresh air and surroundings. Would return if ever in this area again. Thanks for your hospitality.
I really enjoyed the deer walking in back of the property. It was very quiet and beautiful!
What a great little hide-a-way this place is. As we got close to 99mrpc there are developments all around and we we’re thinking, boy this is not going to be quiet & secluded place at all. But as the pavement ended, we found ourselves in a nice little secluded pocket of solitude. 99mrpc was there to welcome us and show us where to set up our rig. We then proceeded to have a nice long visit with our host, which is always nice. We offered to help out while we were there and for a nice change our host took us up on our offer. It made us feel good to be able to help our host out as they did by providing this nice spot for us. We saw birds galore, including hearing a barred owl each night. Deer were also sighted regularly in the surrounding woods. Lots to do close by. We had a great hike & paddle in the Congaree National Park and planned on canoeing a different river the next day but got rained out. 99mrpc has grand plans for improving this site so if when we come stay again I’m sure it will be an even nicer place to hole up for a a few days. Thanks 99mrpc and take care.
