Before Haven Hollow had a name it was a dream. A dream conceived when our children were young. We dreamed of owning property where we could have enough space for all our family. A space big enough that our parents, children, and children's children would always feel welcome to stay as long as they desire. While we dreamed of homes and shared cul-de-sacs, the dream developed over the years in particulars, but it always remained that there would be space and a lot of it! The dream eventually developed into the RV lifestyle. We enjoy RVing ourselves and have lived in an RV since early 2020. As well as living in an RV for a short while in 2010 with our children.
In 2019, we were blessed to find ourselves in a financial position to realize our dreams and purchase a beautiful parcel of 50 acres in the Missouri Ozarks in early 2020. Haven Hollow was birthed in March 2020. Since then we continue to develop our dream.
Haven Hollow's first and main focus is camping. Specifically, RV camping.
We are thrilled you are considering joining us in our dream. We have a lot of plans that we know will take years to complete. Just like normal life there is beginning and growth.
We farm chickens and have worked with chickens for over 6 years. Currently, the fruits of our farming endeavors are personal, but in coming years we would like to make them available to the public. Come and enjoy the quiet country with us as we grow and develop!
We are a budding farm in the country. Please be aware that your stay may be accompanied by the natural sounds, smells and bugs that come with country farm life.
From Rolla, Mo. traveling south 63 hwy: Google maps will direct you to take County Road 5240. It is much easier to continue south to County Road 5300. (less gravel roads and hills) Take a left on 5300. Then another left at the end of the road at 5310. Haven Hollow is just before the top of the hill on the right.
Gravel area on the right after you pull into Haven Hollow and pass dumpster.
This place is amazing!
They have full hookups and a pond view.
The hosts are simply wonderful, i would highly recommend giving it a try
We were only able to stay for a night as we were passing through, but I so wish we would've been able to stay at Haven Hollow longer! It is a beautiful property owned and operated by kind, helpful, and friendly people. Thank you so much for having us! We hope to be able to come back for a longer stay sometime in the future.
Wonderful night spent at this absolutely gorgeous location! The property is beautiful and so very well kept. The owners could not be kinder or more helpful:-). They communicated with us along the way and were very flexible about our arrival time. Beautiful little pond and chicken coop with the little ladies welcoming you in and saying goodbye. So quiet and peaceful and night. Highly recommended to all who journey this way:-)
We loved the quiet serenity of Haven Hollow and the friendly owners and fellow travelers. A little piece of heaven.
Haven Hallow was the perfect one-night stay-over as we dropped our son at camp nearby. Location is off a winding and a sometimes narrow country back road. There are also a few narrow low bridges to cross. These may be a challenge for heavier rigs. Our hosts were at a family event when we arrived early evening, but they had what was needed ready for us. They have multiple RV sites available and they were mostly filled. Our site was at the end of the row and looked over a beautiful and peaceful patch of meadow. At night it's pitch black but the star gazing is amazing. We were able to meet one of our hosts prior to leaving in the morning who was very cordial. We told them how impressed we were with their amenities and that we hoped to return next year. If you're in the area passing through, or looking for a spot to unwind for a few days off the beaten path, Haven Hollow may be your patch of heaven for the night.
This was a great location . Quiet and secluded. Would highly recommend this location. Beautiful starry view at night.
We had a great night - started out setting up in light rain. That’s part of RVing— great quiet park - will come back again
