Great family owned restaurants. Many businesses are closed or limited right now.
I spent several days with the Happy Ladies and it was a real treat. Their place is pretty remote but is as quiet as can be, level and easy to get in/out. Electric, water and the shade of a live oak...pretty much all you could ask for. And the ladies were very welcoming and solicitous. Couldn't ask for more.
Had a great stay at Potato Creek. The hosts were very friendly and met us when we arrived. The 30 amp power and water were great amenities! They also supplied information on the local area and some brochures on Charleston.
Host was very accommodating. It was a nice neighborhood, very quiet at night which made for a great night sleeping. . Thank for the stay.
A very peaceful weekend is what I was hoping for, and what I got. Very quiet location. My hosts were very respectful of my privacy, but we were able to socially distance and visit with each other. They were delightful! Thank you again!
Truly respectful, a quality I greatly admire. From wearing masks/social distancing to respecting my pups need for strangers to not approach my RV they showed a level of conscientiousness rarely found. Hope to meet them again somewhere down the road.
These "happy" ladies made our overnight visit very happy. Debbie guided us in and helped us park safely. She checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed, sweet new friend! Added plus was having an electric hook up and water which we were very glad to give a donation for. Thank you sweet ladies!
Nice overnight stay with the Happy Ladies of Potato Creek. Shaded place to park, room to maneuver, electric and water. Quiet neighborhood for a walk by Lake Marion.
My husband and I stayed the night at Potato Creek host location on our way back to Florida. The Happyladies were sadly not available due to unforseen circumstances but made sure that we were more than welcomed and that we had everything we needed!! The location was very convenient for us and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The driveway was plenty big enough for our 32 ft. fifth-wheel and having electric and water hookup was a huge bonus!
We will most likely be back on our way North again and we really hope to meet these wonderful ladies!!!
The Happylaidies are indeed happy and helpful, too! Came outside and provided helpful tips to get our rig through the entrance and positioned. Pro tip: it's ok to swing out into the vacant lot across from them to get a straighter line. Lot was so level, we didn't even have to put down our leveling jacks. Water and 30amp connections are very conveniently located. Trees provided great shade and were trimmed high so as not to contact the roof. We had a wonderful visit with them and made some new friends. They even shared some boiled peanuts with us as a parting gift. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely plan to visit.
Thanks Happylaidies for providing an excellent experience!
