I'm on the Mississippi Gulf Coast a short 15 minute ride away from the coast casinos in Biloxi/Gulfport and shopping centers near by. We're also located on the Biloxi River if you wish to do a little fishing, kayaking or paddleboarding. We do have pretty white sand beaches that are nice to visit and take walks/bike rides. I am a short car ride (via I-10) away from New Orleans ( 1 hour) and only 2 hours from Pensacola Beach,FL
I am really close to any amenities you may need, but on a nice quiet dead end street. Don't forget your bug spray because the mosquitos here are brutal.
Also, Please keep pets leashed at all times. My property isn't fenced and I also have dogs.
I live on the water, there aren't any rules prohibiting children. But please keep a close eye on them at all times.
The actual street I live on is just a little bit narrow and bumpy, but still pretty easy to get in and out. I do live on the river where flash floods can occur and the roads may flood. I will communicate that, to my knowledge, if anyone is to book when we are a under a warning or watch.
Either in the driveway or on the street, depending on the size of your rig.
Gulf Island water park, Margaritaville, IP Casino, Beau Rivage Casino, Ship Island Ferry, Big Play, Finish Line
We were short on time and unfortunately we didn't have much time to hangout with our hosts.
Our conversation was great and they helped up park the bus in the right spot.
Recommend staying with them.
Truly kind, and amazing people. The family welcomed me like I was part of their family. They recommended great places to eat and we’re super nice.
The river behind the house was excellent for paddle boarding.
The Brown family was so warm and welcoming. We shared stories of our travels. We arrived during a family gathering and we were included as family. We would recommend this host family to anyone.
