Level driveway with maple trees for shade, huge yard for your doggie(s). Peaceful neighborhood; fire ring great to use depending on the wind (this is important, not only for safety reasons but also for respect for the neighbors, but we have a campfire almost every week . Love campfires.) and there's plenty of campfire wood here. It's within a mile of I-75 BUT in a country setting with apple trees, strawberries, maple trees which we have tapped, oak trees, & a woods. We also have motion-detector security lights on the house and the garage. No money needed but sometimes we need help with fixing little things. Right now the Deere mower has a deck cable on order but not sure how to put it on the mower. Stuff like that.
Common courtesy and human decency. No more, no less.
Not a problem. Good road. Will need to reverse either coming in or leaving, but it's not a real long driveway. No low-hanging tree branches.
Huge yard ok with parking, no problem. Shaded and next to your rig.
Nothing after October -- moving to another area in Michigan. I will delete this post then.
The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village is not far at all and they are astonishing. The Detroit River is within 5 miles for fishing; if you want a mall there is Southland Mall within 2 miles easy, all stores, restaurants are close by -- Taco Bell, gas stations, Texas Roadhouse, the Motown Museum, Belle Isle, secret hiking and fishing places; Metro Parks, Point Mouilee Game Preserve (where your dog can run off-leash -- we know the secret places).
