We had great instructions getting to them. The owners were gone for our stay which would have resolved the previous RVers had desided to not leave until that afternoon. We parked in front of there home per the home owners instruction since we were not using there water or power. During the first night and third night their two dogs decided to bark from around 1:30 AM to 4 AM. We did not get any sleep these two nights during the barking. Had we parked in the normal spot on the west side of the house the barking may not have been as bad. We were parked on the south side in front of their house.

We had great communication with Joe. His driving directions were spot on, parking location was mostly level, and had 30A and water for a minimal price. Overnight was very quiet and best of all, no trains! Will be back if we find ourselves in southern NM! Thanks Joe!
