Its a large gravel pad that is 90% level. It sits parallel to my driveway along a concrete privacy wall. I'm working on getting a dump station hooked to my sewer. There is 30amp here and 20amp. So if you have a 50amp rig, you'll still work if you have a splitter. :)
Please remember my house is in a community. There are dog walks available here within the gates. However, there are certain breeds we can NOT have due to insurance rules (German Shepards, Pitbulls, Rottweilers, etc.) I love all those breeds but, its against our HOA and insurance blocks them.
During the summer, you have free usage of the pool and outdoor kitchen. If you need to use the washer/dryer just let us know. :)
We are former smokers so smoking is fine. Just be respectful of your butts and dont toss them on the ground.
Pupper dogs and cats are super sensitive family members. They can be in the backyard/pool area unleashed as long as you are with them. If they like swimming they can swim too. You must clean up after them. Scoop them poops! :)
Noise & Parties:
This spot is for you and your family. Not for outside guests. I don't want pool parties etc. Quiet time is 10pm per HOA rules.
I have regular home size recycling and trash bins. You are welcome to use them within reason. So please don't decide to remodel in my drive way. If you have composting toilets, your compost and toilet paper cannot go in my cans. I don't want the smell.
Please don't expect to park a broken RV here and fix it on my property. Your rig should be in perfect running working order. Should something happen and you need to work on it (e.g. hose breaks, a sudden leak, etc.) I don't mind.
Access is a little tricky. The spot is a gravel parking area 52' long but, over 35' may have problems backing into the space. The spot is along our driveway against a concrete privacy wall. The streets are very large and there are no over-hanging trees. A smaller class c or a class b would have zero issues getting in and out.
If you're home is larger and decide to pull in, that's ok. However, you'll have to back out down the street 2 house lengths to get turned around. That might be easier as you're probably going to be tired from driving here.
Your toad can easily fit in the driveway with our cars. Street parking is also available in front of the house during the day. :)
We are a couple who's almost always on the move with day trips etc. Let me know when you need and we can almost always accommodate ya!
The STRIP of course! Its 6 miles away and I can hook you up with free parking at MGM properties. ;). There are tons of trails etc.
Not in short supply. For example there are 4 24hr taco and pizza places within 1/4 mile.
Propane & Gas:
There is a Uhaul location right outside our neighborhood for propane and 4 gas stations with easy access pumps right outside the neighborhood as well.
Craygee hosted an amazing experience. They fed us a great meal and allowed us to plug in. They are a great couple to talk to, with some amazing stories.
We had a great time, and look forward to staying there again.
My wife and I had a great time visiting with craygee. Our site was level without any blocks, 30 amp power is super close, as is water.
Most importantly though, they are just good people to be around. We were fortunate enough to get to spend time with them relaxing by the pool over good food, drink and conversation. Perfect little trip and we made some new friends. We are coming back, guys!
