Lovely spot on a hill overlooking Conewango Valley. Perfect timing with the beautiful autumn color! Spot wasn't perfectly level but we were fine. In the morning we stopped for breakfast and a stroll through a very large antique shop in a town just a few miles away. Lots of Amish farms nearby. It was a quiet, lovely stay. Thank you so much!
M and K are absolutely lovely hosts and good hard-working people, you just get along with suddenly! You must stop by, not only is the view stunning-mist rising from farm crops, beautiful sunset colors and bright starlit nights- but we felt at home with their family.
This is what Boondockers Welcome is all about. Hearing the stories, experiences and memories for life and enjoying a delicious dinner with homemade/scratch cherry pie.
Ask them about the Amish and it will be so much better than a book or a "drive by viewing". Make sure you get some delicious baked goods and fun toys to appreciate the skill and craftsmanship.
They are working on adding sights with full hook-up very soon. What a treat!
