Guests have access to semi private parking pad. Parking is on the side of the house with a solid gate enclosing the RV. Space is 25ft by 15ft. Slide outs are OK if fits within the pad. Electric and water hookups available only if needed. Quiet neighborhood in a nice area of town. Gas Stations, Banks (Chase, Wellsfargo, etc), Grocery stores (Aldi, Sprouts, Costco, Walmart), Starbucks, tons of shopping (Sierra Vista Mall) and restaurants are near by. It does get hot in summer months June to August. Please check weather and plan accordingly. If you request a stay date and I approve it, feel free to show up, park and rest. Keeping the pad clean will be much appreciated. If you have any questions when you get here, you have my cell phone number, feel free to call or text me. As much as I like to meet and greet new people, physical interaction will be minimal due to the COVID 19 situation for each other's safety. I appreciate your understanding! Suggested Local Attractions:Yosemite National Park, Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park, Sierra Nevada off-roading (1 - 1.5 hrs), Shaver Lake and China Peak Snow Ski Resort (40 - 60 min) Fresno Area: Forestiere Gardens in Fresno & Fresno Fair Clovis Area: Gateway to the Sierras - City of Clovis, Farmers Market (Seasonal) World Agricultural Expo in Tulare, California (1.5 hr drive), etc

House Rules for Responsible RVers: Accept the Boondockers Welcome Courtesy Contract Smoking in designated areas only. Pets are to be on leashes and no pets unattended. Guests are required to clean up after pets. Self Contained and Insured RV in decent shape. No Camp fire(s) of any sort. WiFi usage for basic email and communications only, when available. Standard Electric outlet only for charging batteries and basic lighting load. Use of Air Conditioner or other heavy load in standard 15 A outlet will trip the breakers. Keeping pad clean will be appreciated. NOTICE: Private Property. The camper(s) accepts camping privileges at their own risk with the understanding that they hereby release liability for personal bodily injury/property damage. We reserve the right to limit stay times, determine if rig has the capability to access the property without causing damages to the host and boon-dockers self and property.
Location
Access Road Conditions: Tight pad not suitable for trailers due to slope on the entry way. Access through a steep concrete entryway. Works best for Truck Campers and Class B & B+ vans (max length 25 ft) with decent clearance. RV parking on the side of the house is enclosed by a black gate. There is a significant angle and slope to back into spot due to the stop sign shown in the picture.

This place was perfect! The location, the safety, and the family were all so great and just what I needed! The whole trip went as smoothly as I could’ve hoped for! If you are in this area and need a place to crash for a few nights, you should definitely check out the Fresno Pad.

The spot is behind a large gate - very secure. Flat, clean pad with water and electricity available. Host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating - very welcoming! Spot is just off a busy street that quieted down after 10pm. Great stay! Thank you hosts!
