We live on a 14 acre farm and have dogs, farm cats, horses, and poultry. If you want access to electric and water hook up you need to park near our garage. We have two 15 amp sources and a 30/50 amp source. (30/50 amp site is not available from May 4 - June 10, 2024). You will need 30 feet of electrical cord to plug into the 30 amp service. We charge $10 per night for 15 amp service, $15 per night for 30 amp service and $20 per night for 50 amp service. We have wooded spots for dry camping. You are welcome to fill your water tank if you don't use hook ups. We prefer cash payment for hook ups. We prefer that you arrive by 9pm at the start of your stay. Otherwise, we don't have a check in or check out time unless we notify you of that specifically. Suggested Local Attractions: Atlantic City, Camden Waterfront and Philadelphia are about 45 minutes away. Six Flags Great Adventure is about an hour away. House Rules

Please call or text Rick the day before you arrive as requested in the message we send when we approve your stay. Please do not let dogs run loose and clean up after your dogs. We don't want dogs loose due to our dogs not liking being approached by loose dogs, we have outdoor cats, sometimes let our chickens free range, have wildlife on the property, and our horses could injure your dog. You are welcome to visit with our animals, but please do not enter our animal pens. We ask that you don't feed our animals without prior permission. Some foods can make them sick and we don't want anyone to get bit. Please be sure that children are always supervised by an adult when enjoying our property and animals. We cannot allow campfires. We recommend you have bug repellent on hand in warm weather if exploring outdoors. You can dispose of trash in one of our trash cans or dumpster. Enjoy your stay!

Location

Please use our address in your GPS, don't use "Harmony Acres" as it will take you to the wrong place. We have a large stone lot with room to turn around. Sites with hook up are on stone or crushed asphalt. The 30 amp site is a back in site. We have dry camping sites in the woods that have a surface of wood chips, they are back in sites and are accessed by a road with a crushed asphalt base at one end and sand/grass at the other end. We also have a pull through dry camping site on crushed asphalt. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: We have a large stone lot on our property. You can park your tow vehicle there if need, but there should be enough room at or near your camping site.

It was our second Harvest host experience and was an easy reserve, set up, enjoyable stay, great communication hope to visit again. It is a working business during the day, I still found it peaceful and very relaxing. If you love and appreciate the history of tractor trailors they have a neat collection of them too.

The hosts provide us properly instructions and the setup was easy, its ground is super leveled and there’s lot of room. I was able to use Starlink well, with only a little obstruction. We could fill up the water tank and used 15amp by 5 days. It was enough for relaxing. It’s like a semi truck showroom. You can expect some noise and smoke/diesel smell. Rick was nice daily, gave us some tips about the region. Others campers were discrete but friendly.

What a great time at Harmony Acres. Rick and Lori were promt communicators. We were invited to a bonfire our first night but were too toad weary to join. Maybe next time! It was fun seeing all the families from the local church enjoy their hayride though.

I’m writing it while still camping on Rick & Lori farm. Rick is a great host, he always tries to help you whatever we needed. The farm is very well taken care by Lori and Rick is the one who accomodates you. There was even a hay ride happening in our 4-nights on the farm that was very fun for my 4yo and myself. The horses are adorable, beautiful and so social, there is also chickens, cats ans dogs in the farm. We went late october and the foliage was still pretry to watch. It was an amazing first time BW experience. Thank you Rick & Lori.
