We charge $10 per night for 30 amp service and $5 per night for 15 amp service. We have wooded spots for dry camping. You are also welcome to fill your water tank if you don't use hook ups.
While we prefer guest reservations at least a day in advance, you can try contacting us for a same day stay and we will accommodate you if possible.
We ask that you call or text Rick the day before you arrive. You are free to come and go from the property as you wish during your stay. We don't have a check in or check out time unless we notify you of that specifically.
We live on a 14 acre farm. We have dogs, cats, horses, and poultry.
Please do not let dogs run loose and clean up after your dogs.
No loud noise to disturb us or neighbors please.
You are welcome to visit with our animals, but please do not enter our animal pens. We ask that you don't feed our animals without prior permission. There are some foods which can make them sick and we don't want anyone to get bit.
We ask that children are always supervised by an adult.
Please dispose of trash properly. If needed, you may dispose of household trash in our dumpster.
Enjoy your stay!
We have a large stone lot with room to turn around. We have sites in the woods that are back in sites and are accessed by a road with a crushed asphalt base at one end and sand/grass at the other end.

The hosts we're great! Helpful, courteous, great info. Plenty of room for any sized rig. Water & electric...or not! Nice centralized location as we visited Cape May, Atlantic City, & Philly! Thanks for a terrific stay!🙂
Host were so good we went back for more!!! Couldn't ask for a better host! This couple is awesome!
Such a nice place to stay, close to Ocean City, and fun to check out the horses and the trucks
What great hosts, great amenities and a fantastic location. Beautiful property with wooded walking trails, honestly, it’s better than a high end resort. I’m really grateful for all your help and flexibility, thank you so much.
LORIJS were so kind and welcoming!! They were there when we arrived to help with anything we needed and more!!! They let our children wonder all over thier property and interact with thier animals! I highly recommend this location! The hospitality shown by the host makes you feel at home! Looking forward to staying with this host again!!!
Harmony Acres Farm really set the bar! We felt very welcome and our kids loved visiting with the horses and chickens! Would definitely love to visit again if we’re in Jersey!
First time to a farm in New Jersey. I'm learning that what I think a state may be like, there are those that will change my perception. This location definitely changed the way I see New Jersey. Plenty of room to walk around, sit outside. We even got to visit with the horses.
Great chill spot. Great host. Close enough to Philly. Was really great. And thank you for your help.
They were so nice, so kind, so helpful & friendly. Really cool people with a great spot. Well worth a revisit. Thanks so much for everything. 💜
Fantastic stay ! Hosts were warm and inviting, from the truck exhibit, baby chickens, great convos, to the amazing parking spots out in the woods, it kind of felt like visiting home for the night. Hope to return next time we come through !
There is a large gravel driveway with plenty of room to maneuver. We backed in right next to the shed. We did not need leveling blocks. They hooked us up with water and 30amp which was awesome. He gave us tips and suggestions for the area. Was a nice place to base out of.
We spent two peaceful nights here. The hosts offered power, but as the nights were cool, we didn't need the A/C and chose to go to their campground in the woods. Totally private and relaxing!
Really enjoyed my stay! Parking was shaded and level, but more importantly, I really enjoyed our conversations!
Had a great stay at Rick and Lori's. He was able to provide me some power as the temps those two days were in the mid 90's. Never got to meet Lori. Rick is a career truck driver and has a "vintage" collection of trucks on his property. Very quiet and safe place to stay. Great diner down the road about 4 miles owned and run by Ronnie. I enjoyed my stay at Lori's
Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. They have an excellent place for a quiet and private stay. We enjoyed spending time getting to know them better. Next time we must stay longer.
Lori and her husband Rick were fabulous hosts. Lori was very responsive with all communication. Rick met us upon arrival and assisted us with getting settled in at the right spot. Lori and Rick graciously provided us with access to electricity and water which really helped us throughout our three day stay. Lori invited me to join her as she tended to their farm animals which I greatly appreciated. Their two horses are beautiful and gentle. I especially enjoyed meeting their cats, dogs, their flock of chickens, ducks and a turkey. Rick recommended a nearby BBQ restaurant. We ordered takeout. The food was delicious and the servings were very generous. It did rain for much of Memorial Day weekend but that did not stop us from enjoying their land. On our last evening, the rain stopped and we were able to enjoy each other's company around a campfire. Other guests who were also boondocking at Harmony Acres Farm joined us for a peaceful time around the campfire. This was our first Boondockers Welcome experience and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful stay. Both Lori and Rick set a high standard as hosts. :) Thank you very much Lori and Rick for having us. We hope to see you again in the future!
We stayed three nights—great and accommodating hosts! They went beyond the usual to make us comfortable—very knowledgeable about local eats and stores. Would stay again and recommend to others!
Wow! Very accommodating and thoughtful hosts! They went over and beyond to welcome us and make our stay a great weekend. Weather was rainy and cold all weekend but they let us use a covered area to set up a campfire and chairs—allowed us to visit outdoors with our family in spite of the rain. They offered tips on local food and activities too. Ample opportunities to view deer too—loves that. Much quieter than most rv parks, nice setting. Can’t say enough positive!
Rick and Lori were amazing. This was our first time boondocking and didn't know what to expect. Rick was waiting for us upon arrival despite us being 2 hours late due to bad weather. The communication with them was prompt and helpful. They were very understanding and Rick helped us get hooked up too! Remote location and felt very safe here!! We would definitely stay again.
Harmony acres farm is a beautiful place and the hosts were super nice and very accommodating. We filled up with water before leaving our last campsite (or so we thought) and ran out of water halfway through our stay. They brought a ton of water hose from their barn out to the camper so we could refill.
We stayed here in a 40 foot fifth wheel. There was plenty of room to maneuver into and out of the spot we picked.
We would definitely stay here again.
This was the first stop we made after purchasing our very first RV!
With this being our first time out, we had a lot of questions and needed some guidance. They answered all of our questions, gave us some pointers and even helped us back into the space (we haven’t mastered this yet)
We enjoyed our stay and We will definitely be back!!!!
We boondocked at Harmony Acres in one of the woods spots and had a great stay for a couple of nights. While there we went into Philadelphia via the Atlantic City Expressway toll road. Have $1.25 in quarters ready for EACH way if you take this route as the unmanned ramps don't take bills or credit! The Ben Franklin bridge into the city was $5 in and free on the way out. We parked the single rear wheel quad cab short-box at 107 S 10th Street garage. It's expensive but 8' 2" on the first two levels with an escape route and 7' clearance all the way to the roof. I wouldn't personally try that ramp with a quad cab long-box and don't even think about it with a dually. The corners were tight! Enjoyed seeing Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Back at camp the Verizon was useable, but we used the booster pointed East for Netflix. Picked up propane and diesel at the Vineland Truck Stop and Cheesesteaks at Angelo's. Enjoyed the view of the woods, coffee with the squirrel, conversation with the hosts around the campfire, meeting the other boondockers, and discussing trucks! The kids liked the chickens, the horses, and having some room to explore. Thanks so much for having us and we hope to see you down the road!
We cant wait to go back and spend time with our hosts. This was going to be just a stop on the way home, but we so enjoyed the little time we spent that we decided we have to stop back for a whole weekend next time. Thanks again, Tony and Lori
These hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. We had such a great time. My kids loved seeing all the farm animals, and the woods were like we were camping in our own private campground. We spent much time socializing and enjoyed every minute. I truly hope we can come back here again some day. Thank you! These hosts and their land are what makes Boondockers Welcome such a good thing.
We were able to add a day and enjoy this site more after touring Cape May and doing some local business that brought us back a little late. Fortunately we knew the driveway and didn't have to get help parking. Did I mention in the last review that they have a great property? We meet some nosey neighbors (Horses) hope I can upload the picture
This is a great place to stay, if you don't want electric there are 2 nice wooded campsites. Host's husband is very friendly, sorry we did not get to meet LoriJS
Thank you for an awesome stay. The spot was peaceful and quiet. The conversation was great. We’d love to return someday. The hosts were great with communication and made our visit easy.
These guys are the BEST! Very accommodating, friendly, welcoming, great site. THANK YOU
Thank you Rick and Lory!
It was our first experience and we loved your place.
Hosts very welcoming.
Loved our stay at Harmony Acres! We had a quick stop over and wanted hookups so we stayed near the shed, but they had beautiful sites out in the woods! Great trails for a gorgeous morning walk! Friendly hosts with some great travel advice! Thanks so much!
Wonderful stay, we had a nice level parking spot in the woods. Our daughters loved the animals and the woods to run around in. Hosts were great and gave some excellent wine tasting recommendations!
We had a wonderful stay at LoriJS' place. This has been by far one of the best booking places we have visited. Our hosts are truly wonderful and very helpful. He went out of his way to help us solve a series of electrical problems with our DC power. We couldn't be more grateful and hope to be back to visit soon.
Reina and Oscar
Had a great overnight stay at Harmony Acres. What welcoming and generous hosts! The property is really large and quiet and our hosts were friendly and helpful. We even took advantage of a great breakfast tip at a local diner which added to our ability to get a good flavor for the area. We’re happy we got to stay here. Thanks for the warm hospitality.
Very friendly hosts. They let us keep our RV there for a weekend while we went home to button up some last minute things. 10/10 recommend!
Very nice and peaceful farm with large, flat, and woodsy RV parking areas. The hosts were very friendly and the vibe overall was relaxed and welcoming. Great spot to stay.
This stay was a great experience, they have set up some nice dedicated sites in the trees on their property. Easy to get into with a smaller RV and nice, level spots. The host was friendly and prompt in all replies. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
Great communication and warm welcome upon arrival. We were first timers, so when we hit a snag that night our host was quick assist. They went above and beyond expectations in making sure we were ok. They place was perfect for us, quiet and cozy. If all hosts are like them, Boondockers Welcome will be a go to choice in our travels!
We booked at the last minute after our previous plans fell through. The hosts were fast to respond and super friendly. Meeting them in person was no different! The property is large and very quiet, with sites that are tucked away in the trees and well maintained. We took a couple of walks through the woods and did some exploring, but were mostly consumed some much welcomed rest and relaxation. We will definitely keep these hosts at the top of our list in the future!
We couldn't have asked for more. They helped with getting set up and the site was perfect with several other wooded sites to choose from. Friendly and invited us back. Will definitely stay again when visiting the jersey shore or the pine barrens. Thanks so much for your hospitality!
A beautiful little farm 😊wish we could have stayed longer! He gave us some great advice for a good route to take to New York. We loved the farm like setting and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating.
This was our first RV trip, with our first RV. This was also our first boondock! I can't say enough Positives about R and LoriJS! They are both great people with an amazing piece of property. They were kind and accommodating hosts. If you get the chance to visit Jersey, this is a great stop! Thanks again!
I loved staying with R&L. They make you feel at home and if you are apart of the family. We are so grateful to have them both in our lives now. :)
The universe was looking out for me when LoriJS popped up as a new host just a few weeks ago, when all of my previous careful plans had gone bust. I feel so lucky that I landed with these kind and knowledgeable people for literally my first night off the dealer’s lot, let alone first BW experience. Very low key people with passions for trucks and animals, and willing to share great advice but not in an overbearing way. Beautiful wooded and pastured property on a quiet street and even a covered level parking spot with hookups - I am now completely spoiled. Thank you R and L for your incredibly generous hospitality, warmth, and knowledge sharing and I look forward to staying connected.
