Six acres of land; about 4 acres of woods, with a small pond.
The back yard is pretty private although there are neighbors on either side.
Some power is available via a long drop cord, but probably not 15 amps, due to the length of cord.
There is an outdoor gray water shower that is fed by a rainwater collection tank with a solar powered pump.
The only outdoor water is gray water.
Firewood is available for campfires.
I live and work here, so arrival and departure times are pretty much 24/7.
If I find any trash in my yard, you will be banned.
It's generally pretty quiet out here, so loud noises or music after 10pm would be unwelcome.
There are no dress codes, just don't frighten the neighbors (generally you are only visible to people driving by, and there are private places in the yard, but you can't move around much without being visible from somewhere, so at least the bare minimum is recommended when wandering the property).
The facilities in my home may be available on a limited basis.
Short (about 200 yards) trip on a gravel road that varies in quality, but generally not too bad.
There are shrubs girding my driveway that a rig will brush against. I trim them, but I like to let them encroach on the driveway a little for privacy.
Next to rig
Bear Island State Park is beautiful. There are 4 miles of pristine beach accessible only by park ferry or private boat, and mainland trails.
We also have more commercialized beaches nearby and the Croatan National Forest where you can hike and camp.
Within 30 miles, we have the NC Aquarium and Fort Macon State Park.
