The host was very nice. The spot was nice & quiet. It was perfect! My son hoped for snow and boy did we get snow. We had a great time playing in the snow and building snow people. ⛄️ We spent one day in Minneapolis which is about 30/40 minutes from the host. Definitely would stay again. Thank you!

Very relaxed

Pamm has always said that relationships are but 6 degrees away from you each day. This turned out to be very true. We really enjoyed the warm and friendly hospitality that we received from our host and his wonderful wife. The grounds were secluded in the woods, and we enjoyed a Bison stake that night along with running into a person whom we bought a car from back 8 years ago. What a wonderful visit we had. Rum River Retreat was a real treat after a long journey up from Arizona.
