East Asheville neighborhood built in the 70's. Parking spot is our back yard. Lots of trees, birds and bears.
Pets must be on a leash and not allowed in our neighbors yards.
About a 100 ft long driveway of old concrete. Back it in or back it out. Your choice.
If you are seeking refuge during COVID 19 shut downs, give us a call. These are unusual circumstances and we may be able to accomodate a longer stay.
Hiking and biking are my favorite things to do here. We are within 5 miles of The Blue Ridge Parkway.
This place is amazing. I love Asheville so much and getting around the area was pretty easy. The house is surrounded by trees and it’s quiet at night. When I arrived the host showed me where to park. Both Hosts were really awesome friendly people.
This stay was awesome! It’s in an adorable, friendly neighborhood cul-de-sac not far from the Blue Ridge Parkway and also downtown Asheville. The parking spot was pretty level and tucked in behind their cute house. The hosts are very personable. 10/10 would recommend!
Lucy’s Lansing is located in a mature, lush neighborhood. Gracious and interesting hosts who shared their forested, green retreat. Parking was easy to access and level. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Our friendly host was quick to respond to our request and greeted us upon arrival, advising us where to park and getting us hooked up to electric. This location is so conveniently close to town, yet in a very safe neighborhood tucked into their own private forest. We got to explore more of this wonderful city and hope to come back next year. Hosts are a lovely couple who also enjoy the outdoors.
Beautiful spot in the mountain! The home and yard were well maintained. The hosts were kind and accommodating The spot was quiet and shaded. The spot is a little tight and probably best for vans or length 25' or less. About 5 miles outside of downtown Asheville.
