The parking area is in my lower side yard. It is private, treed, and fully fenced.
No parties, no guests. Two night limit unless otherwise arranged. Respect my neighbors and my property. Practice leave no trace principals. The gate is kept closed.
This property is surrounded by a 7 foot chain link fence with a 20 foot motorized entry gate. The driving surface is packed road bed covered with gravel. The space is in my lower side yard and has trees. Electricity, water and sewer are available.
There is room to turn around for most RVs. The really big ones might need to back in.
This is travelled parking outside and inside the fence. The spaces are large enough for RVs or large trucks.
There may be lower tree branches over the street parking area so big RVs would need to use care.
Trinidad Lake for fishing. Lots of boutique shops, cafes, etc in town. Walmart and Safeway are close.
Vetrekker was a fantastic host! We really enjoyed chatting about our pups, travels, campers & the area. She told us great places to go for sightseeing and walking our dog. Super friendly, accommodating and even gifted us some apples and avacodos. The yard had ample space and was fully gated which allowed our dog to hang outside. That was super cool! Would most assuredly revisit if we're in the area again.
I could’ve swapped stories with my host all night. It’s a pity the pandemic rushed me away before I had a chance to do so. She was so helpful, had empathy to spare, and even sent me on my way with personal items that would help me avoid shopping for a bit longer. Her yard is super safe, I felt so secure and snug I didn’t even dark out all my windows. She is a retired vet with a houseful of her own companion animals so for me it was heaven with all creatures great and small. The town is quaint and colorful. I truly wish circumstances had allowed me to stay longer, and I hope she will visit me someday so I can return her gracious hospitality.
