This was our first experience with Boondocks. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Hans and Julie were very accommodating and we had a quiet night.

Hans and Julie were so very kind and helpful. They allowed us to use their kayaks and play in the river off of their property. We had a nice peaceful stay and their property allowed us a jumping off point to nearby towns.

Perfect parking spot, so easy to get in and out. Lovely conversation with the hosts. Would have loved to stay longer but had a schedule to keep.

The pictures do not do this place justice. I had the most magical moments just sitting with my host Hans watching the hummingbirds play (yes hummingbirds). Hans wife was not home but she was in touch with me while I was getting settled through text. Hans is wonderful human being with a wealth of knowledge and stories. I can not wait to visit again and enjoy this tranquil place. Be careful while kayaking there is a feisty little beaver that protects the waters LOL.
