This location is at our business. The parking lot is plenty big for up to 3 units. Our building sits up on a hill in a very safe location. We ask that you use water only to fill tanks. Arrival time is open. You can arrive here any time day or night as we do not live at our location.
* If you are under quarantine, we have plenty of room here to keep your distance from other people. It's a good place to rest and chill out for a while. We can also waive the 3 day limit if that is helpful.*
Never leave trash behind.
No cigarette butts on the ground.
Just be respectful of others if there are other campers.
All paved roads to location
Park next to the rig
Should be available any time.
Green River Lake is about 20 minutes away. Lindsey Wilson College is in our town.
This was a perfect stay! We were worried about where we would stay Thanksgiving night but the hosts had no problem opening their property up for us. It was pretty secluded. We were able to run our generator and let the dogs run around no problem. Very grateful we were able to stay here and will definitely be back :)
Well, at the risk of letting the secret out, Business On The Hill is the absolute perfect place for true Boondockers. The location is paved, level, remote, very quiet and plenty of room to maneuver any sized rig. And the hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were engaging, interesting and knowledgeable, even providing spot-on directions to a little known Civil War Cemetery and battleground! They let us put on water and graciously but firmly declined any payment. Thank you very much jr906. We look forward to seeing you again soon!! 😎
We loved our stay here! Lots of room for our rig and toad. Tons of grass for the dogs to run and play. Paved parking lot. Nice and level. When parked, the view was trees, meadows and hills. The hosts were extremely nice and offered water and use of their dumpster for trash. We will definitely add to our favorites!
This was our first Boondockers Welcome stay and the folks at Business on the Hill have set a very high bar for future hosts. J & D are a very pleasant accommodating couple who truly cared that we were comfortable and gave us plenty of space to enjoy our stay.
The location is very quiet and seemed very secure to us.
Thanks to J & D for the great experience.
The host met us even though we pulled in later than we thought. We had a nice conversation and a very quiet night before heading to Nashville that next morning.
I would definitely recommend their hospitality. This is their place of business that is tucked away in a business park located on a hill. .We had a Beautiful sunset as well
Our hosts were very warm and inviting. We had a wonderful view of the rolling hills and beautiful nature sounds at night. This is our first experience getting to use our generator to boondock while on the road, and they even let us fill up our fresh water tank! Perfect retreat after a couple of rough days on the road! Definitely worth staying a couple nights to regroup and relax.
Great little place for rigs of all sizes. This location is next to the owner's business, but is out of town enough to be very peaceful. We got to meet the owners briefly, and they seem like a super fun couple!
What a nice time we had with our host. They where so gracious allowing us use of their spot for an overnight. We enjoyed our evening together visiting and shared stories. Hoping our paths will cross again sometime.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! it was our first time, and their first time. We had a beautiful view, lots of space, and friendly welcoming knowledgeable hosts, that we couldn't hang out with due to corona virus. We would definitely stay with them again if we are in the area. (I thought i had already left a review, but I don't see it.)
