Perfect stopover for us, just off the highway. We enjoyed a piece of their paradise in the woods. Nice hosts! Thanks.....
Lovely location and very quiet with welcoming hosts. Sleep came very easy after a long day of driving.
Pete and Karen were very gracious host's. They helped guide us in during a heavy rain storm. Invited us to stay an extra night when we had lost a day due to trailer issues and let us plug in to their house power. This was our first experience with Boondockers welcome and if all of the host's are like them, then this is the one deal that is real even if it seems too good to be true! I have already promo'd BW to my family and friends.
Pete.n.Karen.Ohio are extremely nice and accommodating. We had a nice dinner and local beers out at a local restaurant and celebrated our first night Boondocking. Very peaceful.
What nice folks. Before we even arrived they gave us advice on what roads to avoid and it worked out great. Karen gave us advice on places to go and see in the area. We sat around the campfire at night chatting with her and Pete. Just a very friendly and pleasant stay. We recommend staying here if you will be in the area. Hope to be back soon.
Pete has a beautiful place that he pretty much created from scratch. Pretty rural area yet close enough to get groceries and stuff for a repair on the RV He is a wonderful host. Enjoying talking with him.
Really nice place with the surrounding forest and pond.
Friendly and accommodating host. Enjoyed our visit.
Pete was very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had directions to avoid tough turns on the way to his driveway.
The circle driveway was a bit too much for our experience level with the new 5th wheel, but there's a straight, fairly level section of driveway to use as well.
This was a beautiful place to spend the night! Although we didn’t get to meet Pete and Karen, they communicated quickly and we felt very comfortable. The parking area is flat, with a gorgeous view of a little lake. I would be happy to visit again!
Wonderful hosts! Provided great directions & very communicative. Easy in, easy out. Thanks for giving us a peaceful place to rest 🙂
Puppy and I were well taken care of at this--yes, paradise, where we sheltered one night of our long trip home to New York during the coronavirus situation. Karen and Jack (puppy) played fetch, took a walk, and became best friends. Wide-ranging conversations with Pete and Karen were at the proper 6-foot distance and they even shared with me a delicious and very welcome dinner which they brought right to the door of my trailer. Lovely people, lovely hosts.
We were welcomed with an invitation to dinner, what a great meal we had, bear and organic pork meatloaf, potatoes and peas.
we then sat by the campfire and had s'mores.
we really enjoyed our time with these super friendly folks.
thank you both for everything and until next time....
