You can bring your lawn chairs into my backyard and use my barbecue. I also have a long backyard if your dog wants to run around. There is a green open space directly across the street. And half a block down is The Prairie Path, a wonderful bike path and walking path. I am about 20 minutes outside of Chicago. You can easily drive into Chicago or take the train from my house. I love my location because I am close to Chicago to the East, the north shore of Chicago to the North, the Fox River to the West and Palos for hiking And mountain biking to the south. All within about half an hour from my house.
Being mindful as most of us RVers are
You will either be parking in my driveway or on the street in front of my house or half a block down the street in a very safe location. If you park in my driveway you will have to back out but it is fairly easy Because there will be nothing blocking your backing out. If you choose to park half a block down the street or in front of my house then by default it’s pull through parking
Your tow vehicle can be parked on my property. We may have to move other vehicles
but we will make it work
My driveway will most likely be available. Please note it is on an incline, but level enough for your refrigerator to work. You may prefer to park on the street right in front of my house or a half a block down on a section of the street where no one ever parks. That is located right adjacent to the old Ovaltine factory, it is quiet. Our village does not allow overnight parking on the street with the exception of five nights a month Per household. So there may be several variables present on the date/dates you want to Boondock ie: if staying for more than one night, you may have to move your vehicle/s.
