We live in a quiet town in between Colorado Springs and Denver. We are approximately 20 miles from South Denver and 30-35 miles from Colorado Springs. We have street parking available which is in between homes. Our driveway is not practical due to the severe slope, but you're welcome to park a tow vehicle there. Suggested Local Attractions:Castle Rock, Larkspur, driving distance from Colorado Springs and Denver, hiking trails near by

No smoking on the Property. We would prefer no after 8pm arrivals. No generator running as it's a very quiet street. Dogs should be quiet and must be kept on leash as we are in a typical neighborhood. You are welcome to use our backyard and barbecue grill
