We are on Lake Champlain with great boating, fishing and kayaking. About an hour from Montreal and Burlington.
Smoking is aloud but no buts left behind. No children, dogs are allowed on leashes. generators are aloud from 8AM to 8PM. Please keep noise down from 8PM to 8AM don't want to upset the neighbors. other than that the only rule is to have fun.
Paved road you may need to switch sides on the road to avoid some overhead branches. I have no problem getting my TC down the road that has a 12' clearance. 1.3 miles from VT route 2. 1 mile from Canada as the crow flies, same for New York.
Parking not a problem.
What a lovely host and location! We had beautiful views of the lake on both sides of our camper. Bill is a very kind man and helped us get all set up.. even helped us fill with some water after we forgot! I recommend this location!
billberry is a top shelf host: kind, courteous, and just a nice guy. His place is virtually on the shore of the lake. Quiet and peaceful, the wind blowing through the trees made us feel like we were listening to the surf crashing on the beach. billberry definitely knows how to treat members of the RV community. Thank you sir for your hospitality and compadre. Simper Fi!
It was a very nice stay. I appreciated the help backing up my bus. Very pleasant ... but limited because we remained socially distant.
Beautiful property with sunsets over the water. Great host! Enjoyed exploring the Lake Champlain islands.Loved our stay!
