Parking spot on side of our garage on a typical suburban street. Parking spot is on grass. Inclined driveway but parking spot is level. Large backyard. Plenty of area for grilling, lawn chairs and enjoying a fire in our fire pit.
No smoking on property.
No running generators after 9pm, but shouldn’t be necessary anyway as we offer electrical hookup.
We live in a suburb. Our driveway is sloped. If vehicle sits low, may need to enter driveway at an angle to avoid bottoming out.
In our driveway and on the street.
Lilac Festival, George Eastman House, Strong Museum of Play, Memorial Art Gallery, Clothesline Festival, Rochester Museum and Science Center, Corn Hill Festival.
Our hosts were welcoming, helpful, and delightful to visit with. We were there on a whirlwind few days of family visiting, so their cozy quiet parking spot made a welcome retreat at the end of our busy days.
Oversized rigs would not fit well, and be sure to follow their directions for backing in at a bit of an angle to clear to accommodate the sloped drive. Once on more level ground we were able to get fairly level. Water source and 15 amp power convenient.
Very nice and helpful hosts! I had a great stay while taking care of some business in the city. Close to many restaurants and stores in Henrietta as well as several beautiful parks in the area.
We stayed here while attending our son’s graduation from Rochester Institute of Technology. Close to the college and not far from I90. Friendly hosts in a nice quiet neighborhood.
The host are excellent. This was our 2nd stay for overnight quick stop as we were traveling for work related reasons. Location is perfect - easy to get to from highway. Gas stations close by as well. We are hoping our next stay is a little longer so we can get a chance to chat and relax our host.
We arrived after dark- host were great! Helped me back in the spot. Gave us WiFi. Quiet neighborhood- we slept soundly.
Flower City Host were so accommodating. Even though they were not going to be home while we there, they still welcomed us to stay at their place. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed a nice walk around the neighborhood and a great bike ride on the Leheigh Valley Trail. It’s also a great location if you’re looking to explore the Rochester area. It’s far enough away to be out of the hubbub of city traffic but close enough to easily drive to the area attractions. We would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Thanks so much for your hospitality.
Very nice and welcoming hosts who bent over backward to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
They had great suggestions for the area and our next stop. They also did an excellent job depicting the slope to the RV spot and helping us get into/out of the driveway easily. The location is super convenient to the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the Strong museum. This spot is also close to Letchworth which was beautiful!
Great experience overall and would absolutely recommend to anyone considering staying with FlowerCityHosts!
