Very quiet neighborhood. No excessive drinking, partying or loud noise. Dogs must remain on leash no matter how well behaved. Please clean up any pet waste and make sure to not have people trash outside as well.

It is possible to pull in forward and do a MULTI point turn but the bigger you are, the more small turns you would need to do.

Great First Experience

Was my first time Boondocking! Was greeted with a note the morning of my stay making sure I knew where I was going and had everything I needed. Made me feel very welcome. Was quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if passing that way.

Great host, nice quiet location

Very nice host, we enjoyed our stay. The location was very quiet, we did not need to level our motorhome, and the hookups we're very close.

Nice safe spot

I didn’t get to meet hosts because of social distancing but we communicated regularly and they made sure I had everything I needed. I parked in the driveway and had access to electric, water and sewer right in front of garage. All was very convenient. Nice quiet neighborhood. I very much appreciated being able to stay here during the lockdown while I was traveling north to stay with family.

Nice location, attentive host

My stay was very enjoyable. I was able to meet the host from a distance. He was very helpful and showed a concern for my comfort and was available in the event I needed anything. The location is close to the interstates 80 & 81 and has many amenities. I would recommend this location. I am grateful for the opportunity to stay there during this difficult time.
