We live in a quiet neighborhood where the houses are on min. 2 acre lots and well spread out. Our property abuts a 200 acre town conservation land open space with mountain biking and walking trail access and a small brook that flows through it.
Be friendly and respectful. Prefer non-smokers but will accommodate Leave No Trace smokers.
Our road is paved, and our main driveway is paved. We have an upper driveway available to park where the space would be nestled between two banks of trees for some shade and privacy. The turn into the main driveway is narrow between a large tree and the mailbox / stone wall, that is why we limit the size to 20 feet. It is likely we could accommodate a larger rig on the upper driveway.
We have a driveway with room for parking the tow vehicle separately, and we have an unsaved upper driveway where either the tow vehicle or RV / Trailer can be parked.
We can only accepts hosting / guests when I am home as my wife does not want to host solo.
Stow MA is known for golf courses (4 in town at last count) and apple orchards - 2 commercial farms with retail services and pick your own during the season. We are just 10 min from more than one canoe launch on local rivers and only 10 min from the interstate 495 beltway. We are 40 min from downtown Boston and Cambridge and 15 min from historical Concord MA and the Minute Man National Monument. There is a local winery producing local fruit wines and verietals.
