Located in a little town in southwestern Ontario, along the St. Clair River, with a view to small town Michigan. A small spot in a shared driveway, really only suitable for a van. Driveway is shared with one neighbor, and they often have a number of vehicles coming and going. Electrical use is limited. Absolutely no A/C, and due to time-of-use pricing here, would limit use from 7pm to 7am. Can access some water with your hose. Closest grocery store is 5 minutes north. We will need to move one of our vehicles temporarily to make room, so the spot may not always be available, but would be thrilled to host when possible. Easy going Canadian Couple who love the outdoors Details: We are in our early 50s. We decided to take a break from busy and stressful corporate jobs. We converted a van into a pretty special tiny home on wheels and are rambling around enjoying a simple life. We love to hike and bike and watch the occasional Netflix marathon. Looking forward to enjoying a slow and quiet life for a while. So thrilled to be welcomed to the boondocker community! Home Town: Mooretown Ontario Canada Favorite Boondocking Locations: Canadian crown land Skills or Expertise to Share: Brad is pretty handy. Converting a cargo van to a comfy class B van on a tight budget takes a lot of different skills. Lisa’s contribution to the van build was anything that needed painting or made using a sewing machine.
