I live in a mobile home on 1.6 acres of land. I have a lot of trees on the property
There is a county park 4 miles from my home that has a dump station. I think is 10 dollars
to dump there. I live 3.5 miles from a Gas station and Dollar General. There is a Walmart
10 miles from my home and a groceries store too. This is in a country setting and there is a small chicken farm down the road and sometimes you can hear the Rooster crow.
The best time to stay here would be from May 1 thru October 15.
Camp times are from May 1 thru Oct 15. First come ,first served
5 nights max to give others chance to camp
No running generators all night long. Not after 11:30 pm please
Kids are ok but parents must be with them at ALL times
I have 2 small dogs and are in a fenced off area so be aware so your dogs don't
jump fence and fight with my dogs.
I am retired so you can take your time to leave when you travel. say 1 pm check out
You can use the Fire pit but might need to bring your own wood.
I can provide water thru my 100 foot water hose and have a 30 amp Electric Hook up now.
Smokers welcome but Take your Butts with you.
I am Not Responsible if you get Rig stuck in Yard. You would have to pay for a tow.
You can fly a drone but Must stay under 400 feet.
I have a 100 foot blacktop driveway that is not level.
Person with rig could come up driveway and back into spot next to my sheds
on my lawn. There is room for a 35 foot rig as i have done this myself
for 4 years. and a fire pit too.
Person would have to back down driveway to exit or could possibly
turn around in driveway if there were no other cars in the way.
smaller class b or b+ would not have a problem.
This spot is in the country and not in the city
I can also provide water with a hose and a 100 foot extension cord
for a little electric
can park on my Lawn
Site Availability is normally from May 1 to Oct 15
No WiFi during that time. the reason is heavy rain makes the yard
slick and i don't want anyone getting stuck, however if you feel lucky
and want to chance it, i can be contacted to allow usage before May 1
