We have a 20' wide gravel drive beside our house room to park our 24' motorhome and a car behind it. 30 Amp electric very close on corner of home. Water 20' away at the front of the house. Small rigs 24' class B and C have no problem but some longer rigs with long rear overhangs have not been able to pull in because there rear end drags. We let a 32' trailer park along the street, their slide out blocked the sidewalk and their stairs stuck out into the street causing me to get a warning from code enforcement. As a result we are only accepting rigs up to 25'. There are two opportunities close by, one street parking by our grocery store and another a pull out above a pond near our home. Both have no hookups. I am glad to show these locations to you.
Respect our home, We are very easy to get along with. Dogs can use our fenced back yard as long as they get along with our two small dogs.
Paved suburban roads, open access, gravel parking location next to garage.
On street parking in front of our house
Contact us about dates to make sure there is not a conflict. I can take my motorhome to a friends home when you are here.
Boulder/Colorado University, Many mountain locations like Nederland, Central City, Estes Park/Rocky Mountain Park, Coors Brewery, Denver Zoo, Museum of Natural History, many golf courses, bike trails and frisbee golf..
I am so thankful they allowed me to stay there over the weekend. I was having trouble finding places near an old roommate (even an hour away), so this was a great location. They were great about communication even while they were away traveling. The electric hookup really made all of the difference since I have my pup with me and could leave the AC on for her. Also, they let me use their backyard to let her out. She loved it. She did zoomies several times in their yard to show it. Also, it was easy enough to bring the water hose around to fill up my water tank some. I can't thank them enough.
We were only here one night because we had to drop some friends off at the airport. The host was super friendly and the neighborhood was nice.
Great location close to a wedding we were attending. The rain kept us from visiting in person, but lots of communication and great tips from our host.
Lynn Johnson is an exceptional, accommodating host. He went above the call of duty helping me change a flat tire on my rig. Friendly, helpful, informative. Excellent host!
So nice to have somewhere safe to park for a few very rainy days. Really appreciated the hook up!
Close to Boulder, easy access, 30A, water and a gracious and welcoming host! Fantastic stay in every way.
I was greeted outside by my host and the cutest dog ever. He helped me with everything I needed to get situated (water/30amp plug-in). It's a cul-de-sac street, so very quiet. I slept like a baby the few days that I was hosted. And even better the last night I was there as I was offered a delicious home cooked meal that included some amazing cookies!!! Safe travels and happy boonedocking to you L&C... Thank you for such a peaceful place to rest :-)
Thanks for the hospitality. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood, close to Boulder.
Unfortunately we couldn't get our Class C in the driveway with out scraping so we weren't able to stay. The hosts seem nice and welcoming.
Nice spot in a very safe neighborhood. Perfect for us visiting family located nearby
See folks are so very nice! Their spot is very convenient to everything in Denver and Boulder, and they and their dogs are very friendly. They invited us to share a socially distant drink and a meal and we got to get to know each other a bit.
We plan to be back very soon!
The hosts were very hospitable and overall great people. We had a really nice comfortable stay :)
