I have a commercial piece of real estate in a large middle to upper class suburb outside cleveland ohio. Its about 40 min from Akron and 25 min from downtown cleveland. I purchased the property because it had a small home and garage in the front of the property near the main road as well as several acres in the back part of the property that is hidden from the main road. I grew up near a farm in the country but I did not want to live that far out due to my work commute and access to highway. This home gave me the ability to be in arms reach of everything i needed yet my backyard provides me with a country feel and privacy. I have bon fires and work on my vehicles in the back part of property. There are many dear and wild life that live in the back part of the property. It gives me the best of both worlds.

Dogs need to be trained and not running around near the main road.
The entrance is the only area that is paved with cement and the rest of the driveway is gravel. Past the gravel is just grass and trees. My property is off of a main road. Its not a super busy road but its a main road that gives you immediate access to high way or turn pike. Some times during rush hour or on weekday mornings it can be hard to pull out depending on the direction you are trying to go. Although my house is off the main road the property behind my house is hidden to some degree and you can park without anyone seeing your vehicle from the main road. There is a lot of space in the back. I used to have an ATV that I would drive around but it caused a lot of damage to the grass and landscape so there are small areas that get muddy.
There are some electrical lines that come off the main road. I think they are high enough for most RVs and definitely high enough for Vans, trucks and cars.
Parking can be behind my house which is ideal since it gives you privacy and space. You can also park in front of my detached garage which gives you easy access to go in and out from the main road.
