Leave a reference for this hostLovely flat, secluded 1/4 acre with well placed trees. (You WILL have to back out upon departure). A couple of miles to Lake Somerville, and a new (literally out in the middle of nowhere General Dollar store!)
Lot butts up to 300 acre wildlife sanctuary. Very quiet and peaceful.
Must arrive by 4 PM
Quiet!!!!
No outdoor fires- Ask. Depends on season and equipment.
Keep your trash
Dogs quiet and on leash.
No Smokers please
Good to small ditch at property. Unpaved. I do it all the time! :)
Upon leaving you WILL have to back up to exit.

Lots of eateries for breakfast and burgers, chicken fried steak, etc.
Lake Somerville State Park is 1 block, and a tiny private lake at rear of my property. A store about 4 miles away. A couple of pretty good burger joints in 2-3 miles.
Brenham - 30 minutes south - Home of Blue Belle Ice Cream. Cool downtown and shopping. Ace hardware.. 1/2 of it is Awesome girl stuff!!
Independence - Old Baylor original site, Antique Rose Emporium is Great!
Washington On The Brazos - Yep. TX was it's own Country and THIS is where the paperwork got done. Museum there.
Round Top/Warrenton Antiques Week in April and Oct. is 40 minutes south.
Bryan/College Station is only a 25 min. drive to 'AggieLand' and fastest growing city in TX and ? 5th in county? with an awesome quaint downtown with very interesting shops. CS has every imaginable big box/and other chain storea, Texas A & M (w/Geo. & Barb graves.)
Austin is a little over an hour. Just Keep It Weird!
Houston is 90 min.
Waco is 2 hours with a great little café 1/2 way in Cameron, Tx. (Magnolia, i.e. 'Chip and JoAnna' from HGTVs "Fixer Upper" fame and 'the Silos' are in Waco)!:)
