I'm recently retired but my husband is still working. We are now raising our 8 year old granddaughter so long trips will be at a minimum for a while. Details: We love sharing our Cajun heritage with others and listening to travel stories. We love meeting people. Very family oriented and you will probably get the opportunity to meet some of them. Home Town: We live in the small town of Loreauville, LA, about 25 miles off of Interstate 10 and 10 miles off of Hwy 90. Skills or Expertise to Share: Hubby loves cooking, working with wood and building projects. I love working in my flowerbeds and working out. We both love the outdoors and entertaining.

The Boudreauxs are such an amazing family. They invited me to dinner (had an awe-inspiring homemade paella), made me a drink with the infamous Satsuka Rum and showed such a genuine southern hospitality that I believe anyone would be very blessed to get to stay there.

What great people the Boudreauxs are! We were met upon our arrival and showed where to park. We then proceeded to chat for a good half hour about all kinds of stuff. And if that wasn’t enough, we got invited to go out to a local restaurant with them and we continued to share stories. I know were not supposed to call them by name but suffice it to say, we seemed to really “hit it off” with them, they are just super genuine and friendly people. As far as the accommodations for our rig, they placed us so we had a concrete pad outside our camper, which is always nice. There was lots of wild bird activity around our camper which we love and the many cats were entertaining in themselves. Thanks so much for a great spot and even better company. We will definitely try to stay here again if ever in the area.

Quick overnight stay while playing a Golf Tournament in the area. The Boudreaux couldn't have been a better host. Parking was easy and the peaceful area was perfect. Enjoyed the visit with Ken and Karen and hope to return again in the future with my wife and Golden Retriever.

We really enjoyed our time at the Boudreauxs. Perfect location for us. Level site, quiet and peacful. Communication with the owners was great! We also enjoyed the horse and cute pups that they have. Not far from the Tabasco factory either!
