We have 1 rv pad with 50 amp power & water in front of the rv garage. You must pull beyond the pad and back in for best results. There is another space directly across from this spot, next to the carport, with 50 amp & water but will only accommodate a small rig like a class B camper van size. Another space between the pump house and storage container with 110 power & water. There is space beside the house that can accommodate a big rig with toad and has 110 & water. We request a reasonable donation for the use of electric or sewer dump. You must arrive before dark. We don't have lighted areas and parking in the dark is forbidden.
If you decide you want to stay longer, we have a full hookups space with 50amp, water and sewer that can be rented daily/weekly/monthly.

House Rules

This is not a great place for children but if you have some please keep them on a leash. Same goes for your dog. Be aware there are occasional coyotes traveling thru. Feel free to smoke and drink but if your a mean or stupid drunk, don't drink. Please pick up after your pets. Generators must be quiet by 10 pm and not start up before 7am. If your generator is excessively loud don't start it up at all. Have fun and do what you want as long as it doesn't harm any other being.

Access Road Conditions

Paved road until you get to Kelishan street and then you have about 200 feet of gravel to get to our rear driveway. Be careful making the right turn into the property. Swing wide left before turning right into drive in order to clear the fence rails on either side. Also heads up when going between the rv garage on your left and the carport on your right. The driveway continues around the house and exits back on to Simkins Rd.

Tow Vehicle Parking Details

Suggested Local Attractions

Pahrump is called the gateway to Death Valley by some. Its about an hour +/- to Furnace Creek from here. We have the obligatory casinos and a few decent restaurants. Ash meadows is a short drive from here, its nice. Spring Mountain race course. Watch the corvettes run. Mountain Falls Golf course, I hear that can be fun.

Rick and I truly appreciated your hospitality! From the colorful guide to our spot, the love and hospitality you showed to our Buddy and Bella (btw the coats you have Bella really came in handy up North). Hope to get a chance to see you both again. All the best to both of you!

I can't say enough nice things about this host! So very kind and welcoming and interesting and helpful! I kind of want to move onto their property and stay. 😉

Nice stay

We had a great stay here! The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming! She gave us some great recommendations in the area and even gave us some of her homemade peanut butter cookies. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend this site! Thanks for the awesome stay!

A windy stay

I pulled in on an extremely windy day and was met at the gate and directed into a spot that kind of had a wind break. Didn’t see the hosts much for two days because of the weather but once it got nicer, we got a chance to catch up. Wonderful hosts that were very welcoming. Offered water and electric. Great view of Mt. Charleston.

Thanks for being part of the BDW program.

Awesome hosts

We arrived as total strangers and within 5 min of arriving we felt like we have known them all our lives. Very outgoing, knowledgeable and welcoming. We set up our 38ft Class A in the front yard as they already had two other guests in the back. Their property is so large that you would never know there were 3 RV's there at once. It was very quiet and the views were awesome!
We enjoyed exchanging travel story's as they too have traveled by RV & motorcycle. They are both a wealth of information, especially about Alaska. Melinda also taught me a couple tricks for baking.
A sure stop the next time we come through the area, We would even drive 100 miles out of our way just to see them again.
PS We almost hate to tell everyone how wonderful our stay was as next time we come through they may be full and have no room for us.

Perfect place!

The Bunny Farm was a perfect place to stay, close to the main road but far enough to be quiet and dark. The hosts were so sweet, offering great conservation, choice of place to park and even scrumptious sounding muffins the next morning that unfortunately we didn't have time to wait for.
Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Host

Bunny Farm greeted us with open arms and a gracious setup of amenities. Wide open space for parking, the host’s are super cool we enjoyed talking with them about our adventures and they helped me out with route options. A nice dog park 3 min from the house if you have pets. Plenty of BLM land to explore and mountains with ride trails all around them kept us busy. Would stay again

Great stay in Pahrump

The location was great - quiet & easy to get to. Pahrump has all needed services & dry sunny weather. The hosts were most gracious, making sure we had everything we needed & recommended a wonderful hairdresser. We signed up for one night, but they invited us to stay longer as we had to wait for new tires to replace a tire damaged on Death Valley gravel. We’ll definitely stay here another time. We had a great visit as we had lots in common with them. Thanks again!
