A great midway stop for all the snowbirds traveling to Florida, or for those that want to take in the history of our great country. We are located one mile off of the Interstate and near many stores for refit if needed. There is a 20amp outlet that is available for use. We are 15 miles from Fredericksburg, 40 miles south of Washington DC and 10 miles from a Metro station to go to DC. We are 7 Miles from Quantico Marine Corp Base. Our community offers good walking trails, fishing, biking, swimming and we own a few kayaks that can be used. If you are going south and need fuel I would suggest either COSTCO at exit 130 B or exit 104 for Diesel. Heading north Virginia is cheaper then anything North so fill up before you get here. If you need propane there are a few options near by that I can tell you about. Location
Access Road Conditions: Our property is on a hill and you will need to back in. The best way to back in is drive down the hill and turn around either in the tennis courts or just follow the road around and come back up the hill to back in. I can assist if needed. I park a 29 ft.Class A RV in the driveway. We live in a gated community so you will need to check in at the gate. Check in is easy we will just need to know full name of person driving. I have extra, but you will need some leveling blocks for this location. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There is parking in front of your vehicle, or somewhere else in the driveway.

We were very happy to have Mike’s help to back into his driveway. We are not sure if we could have done it by ourselves. He lent us some leveling blocks so we could level our 34 ft fifth wheel. Mike gave us lots of information on driving into Washington and on other places to see while we were there.

You have a lovely town and the Castle tour was great for a rainy day which we had plenty. Great breweries and live music not far away. Short of the rain I had wonderful stay. Thanks again

Mike and Joy were amazing hosts! They were helpful in giving us local information as well as apps we didn’t know about! We met their kids and enjoyed the tranquility of their neighborhood. Fredericksburg is a wonderful place to visit and the Marine Corp Museum is a must see!
