Will need to park in front of 1 Car garage. I do have a place to dump, but it may be hard to connect. I have 2 small dogs in the back yard. If your dog gets along with them your dog can go there. If not you would just have to walk them. If your rig is over 20' you may need some blocks for the tongue or front wheels on a Class C. The driveway starts to slope a little.
Quiet hours after 10:00 pm.
Make sure watch any kids or animals
Will need to back camper into driveway.
If short enough can be parked in front of camper. If not then park in the street.
WOW, nice neighborhood and great host. He mt us and assisted with the 30 amp and water hookups. Being able to use his wi-fi was a BIG PLUS. Our 24 ft class C fit fine with leveler under the front tires. He even let us stay a couple of extra days when we had to change our schedule because of a mechanical problem with the rv.
Location is very convenient and easy. The neighborhood has lovely houses, wide clearance, and we felt safe there. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, we felt so at home and tucked away, with good company to boot, it was nice. Thank you for the hospitality :)
Stopped here for a few nights before leaving the Phoenix area! The spot was nice and having the 30A hookup was a lifesaver in the hot temperatures. Close to everything you would need and the hosts were so nice and considerate!
Highly recommended for a peaceful stay and safe!
30A, water, urban, quiet and gracious hosts! Close to everything you need and super convenient.
This was our first time using Boondockers Welcome and we appreciated that RamblinDad took a chance on us. Could not have asked for a nicer guy to walk us through our first stay.
He and his wife were genuinely nice, and very welcoming. He was extremely generous and excited to introduce us to the Phoenix area. We slept well in their safe and quiet neighborhood, and having the electric hookup was great.
Doc and I had a nice time on the host property. They were very nice and helpful. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We really appreciate them letting us stay on their property.
Ramblin Dad is a great host - very accommodating and easy to work with. Our 23 ft. trailer and truck fit in the driveway, and he provided 30 amp electric and water for us. We also had some great conversations! Highly recommended!
I had a great stay. It's close to grocery stores, etc. The spot worked well for my 25' Class C, but anything larger may be a problem due to the slope of the driveway. The host was friendly and even offered me some homemade soup! I would stay here again.
Just as advertised. Cozy, driveway spot. Very conveniently located and close to many amenities. Ramblin Dad and his wife were super welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed talking with both of them. The hookups were very much appreciated. Thanks for your friendly hospitality.
Nice people and great site in beautiful neighborhood. Thanks for the quick easy stay!
Down-to-Earth, friendly couple, fun to talk to. 30amp, water, great WiFi & Verizon. Upscale, quiet neighborhood. 5 Stars!
RamblinDad was very accommodating and easy going. Great spot to back into, great WiFi connection, and electric is very close to the spot.
The hosts were very nice people, checking to make sure I was comfy or if I needed anything. The neighborhood was quiet and beautifully landscaped and the location could not have been better, close to several grocery stores, a laundromat, CVS & Walgreens. I even got my flu shot while I was there.
I would be happy to be able to stay there the next time I'm in the area.
We had such a great and relaxing stay. Our hosts were just amazing; friendly and helpful. Nice quiet street as well but also close to amenities so we were able to stock up our unit.
The host and his family were gracious and fun to visit with. He invited me to a campfire and checked in often to see if I needed anything. Very peaceful spot in the city. I was his first Boondocker and I will return when I’m in the area.
