We are located 30 minutes south of Owen Sound right on Hwy 6. Traffic noise can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Your parking area is 250 feet back from the Hwy and about 60 feet higher elevation than the Highway which helps. 3 KM of forest Trail network right behind your parking area. Seating provided back at the pond. Suggested Local Attractions:Welbeck Sawmill, Kinghurst Old Growth Hardwood Forest,Bruce Penninsula, Williamsford Pie Company, Bruce Trail, Grey Roots Museum.

Location

Access Road Conditions: The setting is up the hill in our back yard. Tucked under giant Maple trees its a very peacefull setting. The road up is kept in decent shape but it is a moderate hill that you have to climb and then overshoot the parking area and back your trailer into it.     Yeah, you can hear cars on hwy. 6 but once asleep is not loud enough to wake you. Would have made use of the firepit and chairs but we arrived too late, were too tired. Next time!
