we have 10 acres mostly wooded, small pond not far away. Have plenty of room to just relax and enjoy the quiet. You may hear a train (track about 1 1/2 miles away) Pets are welcome but our dog is an alpha female (spayed) and my not tolerate another dog running lose. We do love animals.
My husband is a collector. So be advised that there is a lot of "junk" around the property.
Enjoy and have fun
do not leave trash in yard
would prefer you not smoke but it is not prohibited
gravel road part way and gravel driveway about 1/4 mile. Gravel road is not maintained very well so it may be bumpy turn into drive may be tight. plenty of room at end of drive to turn around
Have marked us for 40' or less only because of our driveway entrance. We have gate posts 20' apart. The corners may be tight for some rigs. Best to call and talk to Tom before making reservations for bigger rigs.
have 10 acres so plenty of room
Burger Smokehouse, Jefferson City (state capital) 20 miles away. Warm Springs Cyleddale farm and Casino in Boonville, MO. Hermann winerys with driving distance. Sedalia (Missouri State Fair) about 30 miles west.
Mid way between St. Louis and Kansas City, south of Columbia and Mizzou
Had a good stay at Winters acres! Pretty place with lots of trees. Have a great night sleep as there was no traffic noise, horns etc. Hosts were wonderful to visit with, hope to return next year to sit around the fire or next to the pond and chat some more!
Very nice couple enjoyed the good conversation.
And good night rest.
Thank you again .
Had a nice quiet stay and a short chat with our host and hostess. If we head back this way again would definitely stay again. Thanks
Thank you for your kindness and safe haven on our way East. Much appreciated and perhaps next visit we can share Sunday dinner out with you.
Take care of sweet Klutz and stay well!

This was a perfect BW visit for me for several reasons.
Great Hosts that made certain that I was comfortable & hooked up as needed.
I arrived on Sunday afternoon & Joanne wisely has a longtime rule.
She does not cook on Sunday's & Tom is even wiser to respect her day-off. Lol!
They invited me to join them at a local restaurant that I enjoyed so much, I returned twice.
Tom is one heck of a mechanic. He assisted me w repairing & relocating my Solar System.
Then he asked me if my A/C unit works on my Solar System.
I informed Tom that it had a mechanical issue & I have a fear of heights.
But against my wishes & concerns, he went onto my RV's roof & repaired it.
Yes! Tom & Joanne are both wonderful Hosts
And Tom was a true blessing to myself & my BETTY LOU!
Thank you Tom & Joanne, the Lady w a beautiful Red car!
Tom & Joanne are a delightful couple offering warm hospitality. The views are pleasant and a nice breeze blew as we sat overlookng the pond, listening to the sounds of nature.
This couple were super hosts for our stay with them. I was with my son-in-law and 2 of my grandchildren, . They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay with them. My grandson enjoyed fishing at the pond, even though he didn't catch any fish. I missed the turnoff for their road only because I wasn't paying attention to my GPS, otherwise it was easy to find and no trouble navigating the driveway. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by their dog, with a smile and a wagging tail welcoming you to her kingdom. We parked in a level location which was close to electricity. This place is a quiet and beautiful location all ready for relaxation and the hosts are awesome!
Hosts were very kind and helpful in selecting our next path. Helped us back our trailer into place (in the rain no less) and were in general very helpful and kind. If you are looking for nice people to chat with, this is the place. The greeting party (dog) was a bonus!
