Our extremely quiet 10 acre ranch is home to horses, chickens, cats, and goats. Tables, chairs, and plenty of "outside" let you relax (especially if you've been a bit "cramped" in the RV.)
Standard electrical connections: 50 amp, 30 amp, and 20 amp (GFCI) are right at the site, and well-water is available 80 feet away.
Since you will be our guests (not our customers) we cannot accept payments.
We love Boondocking and enjoy meeting other Boondockers.
• We have zero-tolerance for rowdy behavior or loud drunkenness.
• Please keep music volume down after 9 pm.
• A receptacle is provided for trash, but no junk.
• Dogs must be under 20 lbs. and kept on leash.
• No minor children, as our livestock might harm them.
• Keep weapons secured, and out of sight.
• The gate on Stockdick School Road has an opening of 15+ feet.
• Normally, even the largest rig can turn around in our pasture.
• Please let us help you turn around, so we can keep the horses from escaping!
• The pasture may become muddy after heavy rains. You can stay on the gravel road if you wish.
• All but the smallest rigs will need to back into the RV spot, but the lane is wide and easy to negotiate (We will help.)
• Worst case, you might choose to back 175 feet back from the main road.
We have a gravel road to the RV site. You may park as near or as far from your rig as you wish.
Pull through may not be usable in extremely wet weather -- but we'll help you get turned around.
We limit reservations to two months in advance so we can go RVing too!

Karen and John were the most gracious, generous and friendly hosts. We had some great conversations during our 2 night stay and wished we were staying longer. Their ranch was indeed extremely quiet for relaxing and enjoying a wonderful nights sleep. What fun to meet and pet their goats and horses and after tasting their chicken’s fresh eggs I don’t know if we could ever go back to store bought! Thank you for a wonderful experience at Brady Family Ranch!
The hosts made us feel very welcome and were super generous. Electrical, water, strong wifi. Very quite location.
All of the previous references were dead on! We really enjoyed our stay with KarenB and her husband. Warm, welcoming, thoughtful are just a few words that come to mind. We enjoyed some fresh eggs, wine and cheese and even a couple of horse rides! Wifi, 50 amp electric and good well water were also very much appreciated. Thanks again!
We enjoyed talking with the host.
Site was great with horses right out the window.
We hope to return again.
Karen and her husband were very welcoming. We backed into a perfectly level, crushed concrete parking area. We were very grateful to be able to plug into electric as we had boondocked the night before and our batteries were needing a boost beyond our solar.
Karen even invited us out to the backyard to meet their friends and share some wine. This was our first Boondockers Welcome experience and it won’t be our last as they made us feel like we were at home.
KarenB & her husband were wonderful hosts. It was one of the most relaxing sites we've every stayed at. Tucked away well off the road in a private setting and surrounded by nature and an assortment of very cool, entertaining critters our two day stay far exceeded out expectations. Definitely would like to make a return trip if we ever pass through their are again! Many thanks guys. :-)
Beautiful property. Really enjoyed the animals. What visiting we did get in was enjoyable, very welcoming and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and visited the Bush 41 and LBJ Presidential Libraries.
Hosts were very kind and generous. Enjoyed comparing craft interests and especially loved the animals, especially the horses. Goats were amusing.
Be wary of turning around in the horse pasture if it is wet. Walk it first as higher parts/tighter circle withou horse present would have been ok. I got super stuck and had to have a tow truck come.
Two of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. It's also a beautiful site. Had a couple of very enjoyable conversations around the outdoor heater, and I felt I was around friends I had known for years. A perfect stay, and I would definitely like to stay there again in the future.
We really enjoyed hanging out with KarenB and her husband. They were very nice, accommodating, and fun to talk with.
The animals were so fun and we thougoughly enjoyed all of KarenB's animal stories. Next time we pass this way we hope to stop again.
I was so blessed by my stay at Brady Ranch. You won't meet a nicer, more loving couple. And so accomodating! Electric hookup was SO simple, right there in a box, all three options.
Seriously, they just took me in and accepted me. They moved from amazing hosts to amazing friends QUICKLY!
Our second stay with these warm friendly folks. Enjoyed the horses, goats and chickens.
I really liked it at Brandy family ranch.
I wished I could had stayed longer.
The hosts was genuine kind and friendly.
Me and my dog Rex had a wonderful time there.
I hope I can come back if I am in the area.
Warm welcoming hosts who go out of their way to make sure you have everything to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful sunsets.
I knew I was going to a farm with animals. But this in no way prepared me for the reality. The farm is extremely peaceful, the animals are adorable and friendly, the hosts are welcoming and thoughtful. They were great conversationalists and went over and above to make sure my stay was comfortable and I was happy. I will definitely stay with them again. They feel more like friends than hosts and I thank them for their hospitality.
We had a very nice quiet stay. Greeted by both hosts, gifted with fresh eggs and assisted with parking. Loved it!
We were blessed to be welcomed by such warm-hearted hosts! We needed some relaxing time and there was no problem arriving early in the day. Our hosts attended to our every need and we enjoyed an afternoon of camaraderie with them and also their lovely neighbours. We exchanged many stories then watched an impressive sunset. All the animals are friendly and the location is so peaceful and quiet. It is easy to find and has a view of the beautiful horses in the pasture. Can’t begin to express our appreciation for all the sharing, including fresh farm eggs and our choice of a lovely homemade quilt! Thank you again and hope to see you in the future.
