Have you stayed at this host location?
Leave a reference for this hostWe have a small paved parking area on the side of our house. Water and 20 Amp electric can be provided but you will need a 100 ft hose for potable water. PLEASE NOTE: We do not have cell phone service here in Eaton; however, we do loan guests a land line.
A short well maintained dirt road.
We are around a lot of the time but availability depends on when we are camping/traveling. We do some “last minute” trips but please feel free to contact us to see if we are available.
Mt. Washington, Mt. Chocorua, Cog Railway, numerous hiking trails, ski areas, waterfalls, lakes, rivers; Keepsake Quilt, outlets just to mention a few.
Great Hosts, welcoming and made us feel right at home. Beautiful property and generous hosts! Could have talked with them all day!
We had a couple of restful, peaceful nights stays in this quiet corner of NH, while in the area to visit the White Mountains & ride the Cog Railway. Our conversations with F & B were great, but they were limited by our time and of course Covid, wish we could have shared more of our travel stories. The lack of Cell Phone Service was problematic & a surprise upon arrival - my husband is on work-from-home status, my mom is at assisted living, and a good friend’s dog was in surgery— it was not a good time for us to be “off the grid”! So maybe “No Cell Service” should be Noted on BoondockersWelcome Site? We do hope we meet again somewhere in our travels in the Southwest!
White mtns was a great host to us! Approved a last minute stay request, provided clear driving directions, offered electric and water hookups. Well traveled couple with great stories and recommendations to share - highly recommend if you are stopping through the area! Note: There is no cell service at their property, but they did offer us a phone from inside their house.
What an awesome location/host. We stayed for two nights and our hosts were so gracious. They made excellent recommendations for activities/hiking in the area and made us feel so welcome. Looking forward to staying again!
Hosts were welcoming and kind. The paved driveway is large and accessible. Located in a lovely wooded setting. Really a great place to visit in a small and friendly town.
Our hosts were welcoming, kind and very accommodating. Its a beautiful area, with woods all around. We had a great stay!
They both made us feel right at home. They had recently returned from a trip to Acadia NP and were happy to give us lots of tips for our upcoming trip there. We got along great talking about our RV adventures and our lives.
Great couple to either host or to be a guest in their charming little village.
After a very cold climb up Mt Washington it was so nice to receive such a warm welcome from these two! And very helpful local knowledge too.
Thank You!
