My home is in a quiet little subdivision on a quiet street. I have a fenced-in backyard for dog-friendly dogs where owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, please. The location is very convenient to interstate access, grocery shopping, entertainment districts, cultural events and not far from outdoor experiences. While I allow generators, I ask that they not run after 9:00pm due to neighbors with children within close proximity to my driveway and back yard. Thank you for complying.
Please refrain from smoking near my house and leave no trace of cigarettes please. Well-behaved children are always welcome as this is a family neighborhood. Dog-friendly dogs are welcome to stretch legs in our fenced-in yard and can race my retired greyhound. No generators after 9pm please. If you won't be gone when we leave in the morning please do allow us to depart from the driveway. Most important is simple respect for the neighborhood. I would love to share a bottle of wine so we can hear about your travels!
The street is in a small subdivision very close to an innerbelt, connecting to the main interstate. The subdivision has a circle for turning around but also has another street if you need to 3-point turn around. All roads are paved. Very convenient to a grocery story, the interstate, an entertainment district, and REI!
You can park a tow vehicle on the street if you park the RV on my driveway.
Although my availability says no more than 1 month in advance, if you are planning for this summer, do reach out and we can chat about your plans. I'm usually around.
Forest Park (bigger than Central Park), the #1 rated zoo in the nation (higher rated than the San Diego Zoo, seriously), world class museums which are ALL free, multiple diverse neighborhoods and entertainment districts, urban gardens and parks, craft beer breweries, a happening culinary scene, live music venues, hiking, canoeing, cycling, etc. Saint Louis is a great destination!
So glad to have met yet another like minded traveler. Donna was the perfect host, providing us with all we needed for a restful night after a long day of driving. Hope we can keep in touch and host her one day. MAYBE we will meet again one day. I sure hope so!
Wonderful location, fabulous host. This was our second stay - we'll be back again someday!
Enjoyed our conversations and tour of her bus conversion Very pleasant location with a wonderful host.
Doc and I had a wonderful time staying on her property. She gave us a list of things to do in St Louis which, was very helpful. I did a lot in one day and I had a wonderful time. She was very kind and helpful. Doc and I appreciate you letting us stay on your property. Thank you again
WOW! is all I can say. My wonderful host made me feel like a friend and that we’ve known each other for a long time. I felt very safe and secure surrounded by beautiful trees and night sounds. If I ever pass this way again I would definitely have to stay. I had a great experience.

We spent the night at Donna’s after going up in the gateway arch . Donna was wonderfully accommodating. Our dog was able to run around in the fenced yard , and meet her retired greyhound
. Fun to hear about Donnas plan to build an RV ! We will stay in touch ! 😘
Donna was so welcoming and kind, what a lovely host! It was a great spot- off the street, so convenient to the highway and in a very nice residential area.
For YMCA members, the Mid-County Y is only about 10 minutes away for a quick workout and/or shower.
Donnakirk76 was very kind and accommodating to us even with our last minute booking. She let us plug our van in at night and gave us some great recommendations. Nice and safe area too!
Donna was very welcoming to us even on short notice. Her pups Dewey and Maybe were lovely! She allowed our dogs to run in her fenced yard, too. We've made a friend in Donna and we are grateful!
