One person in your party MUST BE 55 years of age.
We have three "rental" lots - all are 50 amp with water and sewer that we charge $450.00 a month/ $15.00 per day. If you choose to "rent" one of these spots, there are more rules and regulations (such as use of Septic system toilet paper and non-Formaldehyde black and gray tank deodorizers) that would have to be agreed to.
We have two Boondocking spots - one could accommodate up to 40 ft. and the other up to 45 ft. These spots have no water, electric or sewer. These are free.
If the "rental" lots are rented out, there is no where to dump.
We prefer no more than two dogs per party. Be aware that coyotes run wild in the neighborhood.

Access to our RV lot is through an "alley way" in back of our house. It looks narrow but our 42 ft. coach fits just fine. There are some small potholes in the drive. Once into our property you will be able to turn around and maneuver into place.
You can stay hitched up if you are just staying one night or you can park in front of or next to your rig.
Spring and Fall Baseball Training; NASCAR races in Phoenix; Sonora Desert; Lake Pleasant nearby; golf course galore; all kinds of museums....Heard; Musical Instrument Museum; Desert Botanical Gardens; Western Spirit Museum; Frank Lloyd Wright's Talisen - just to name a few.
I was greeted by the hosts when I arrived, chatted for quite a while outside in the cold Arizona winter. They shared their favorite boondocking site with me and since I was heading that way, I decided to park there and it is great. If you are looking for a site to stay off the I-10 west of Phoenix, you have to stay with One day at a time to find out where this site is. Location is super convenient, in a residential area with shopping, gas stations and restaurants within a short drive. Enjoyed my short stay and will be coming back.
What a peaceful location in the middle of the city. Our hosts could not be more welcoming and helpful providing us with a map of services in the area. Always great to have in a area we're not familiar with. Depending on our plans next spring, after leaving Tucson, we would love to stay there again. Thanks for a great visit.
Great location. Ample room in their picturesque back yard. Friendly and helpful hosts. We enjoyed our visit.
