Peace & quiet are abundant 👍
Peace and quiet, “teach them correct principles & let them govern themselves“
Access off culdesac to gravel & you have arrived!
We have several places for you to park but only one has water & power!
if You like winter camping there would be spots available all winter!❄️⛷☃️
Early spring spots would be more limited, but still available, summer & fall a choice of many spots available 👍
It is a beautiful area to visit, we have way more visitors here than we have locals!
Deep in the heart of the southern Sawtooth range! Beautiful nights with no moon so we could view the Milky Way. Stayed 3 nights to goof off in the area. Our hosts were great! We didn’t visit long but did promise to stay again when the pandemic is over. We come up for the Trailing of the Sheep every year.
We cancelled due to my husband getting sick and driving straight through. Live to go again!
Host was very kind, parking with electric and water was a real treat. Very quiet and relaxing spot with gorgeous mountain views. Thankful for this Boondockers host!
We want to thank Durg for an awesome place to stay. Durg was very friendly and helpful. He recommended where to fill up on propane, and told us about a great dump station in Hailey that we used on our way out. His property is absolutely fantastic with excellent views of the surrounding hills. He also has water and power available if you need it. Overall a great visit and a great host.
We requested a stay only 1 day before our arrival, and Durg responded very quickly. He welcomed us when we arrived, and he had a large parking area for setting up. We definitely would stay here again when coming through this area. Thanks, Durg!
It’s always a good day when you wake up to mountains but when you do so with such a friendly host it’s even better. He was not here when we arrived but made sure we have the phone number of his son who was nearby. He then came to greet us when he returned. A great location and we hope to be back on future treks west.
Durg was a friendly host. The hookups were great and location was private.
When using google maps, be careful of auto complete on address as there are slight differences which put us at the street after our turnoff.
Overall we had a great stay!
Very Accommodating. We pulled in for 1 very hot evening. We had water and electricity available which was great. We did utilize the electric so we could run our AC to cool down our rig. Thanks!
Our host was very welcoming. What a great surprise to have water and 30amp electricity. Very hot this time of year but evenings are very pleasant. I recommend to visit especially if you fish. Very good access to some if the best river fishing in the state. We will be back.
I am enjoying my time here. There is so much to see that I am going to stay a 3rd night. The host know all the best things to see and has helped me with the directions. When I let them know what I was wanting to see, they helped me plan my trip. Great views and great people. Hopefully I will be back here.
We love staying here. It is so quiet, and we park so we can look north out our “living room” windows at the mountains.
Our host is constantly making improvements to his "RV location” to make it better and better for his guests. Such a blessing each time we come here.
The host is a native of the area and a wealth of information!
We’ll definitely be back!
Super friendly, Very generous. Main parking area has a hook up for power and water. It’s dirt, but he’s started the process of leveling it out. We had no issues w/ a 40’ 5th wheel, and didn’t need any extra blocks.
Always a wonderful place to stay and we look forward to our next visit! 🤠
This is the second time we've stayed here and are so thankful for the quietness and peacefulness of this location, and beauty of the view around us. The hosts are gracious and friendly. We are so thankful for the opportunity to sojourn here for a few days.
Beautiful quiet setting. Long sloping meadow surrounded by hills.
Durg's Diner is a quiet place to spend the night with electric & water if needed. Durg has many skills especially woodworking ask about his pens. We hope to return during ski season.
We've always enjoyed this part of the country and we were so pleased to find this place. Quiet and peaceful, with a great view out over the valley. Our host was quite welcoming and friendly. They even put a little hand-lettered sign on the road with an arrow showing us the way (but our GPS had no problems finding them!) 😄 Highly recommend Durgperron as a place to stay! We are already planning a return trip!
One heads up: their place to park has a slight slope towards the valley. It was not a problem at all for us and others who've stayed there.
Drug is destined to be a super host. He and his family are the most kind and generous people you could possibly want to stay. There is lots of room to maneuver any size Rig you might have. He has added a 30 amp outlet along with a water connection. His place is about four minutes out of Hallie with beautiful mountains/hills all the way around. They truly made us feel like family the entire three days we were there.I can say without a doubt the next time we are anywhere close we will be staying at Durg’s Diner
